<p>รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมหารือขับเคลื่อนภารกิจและความร่วมมือระดับประเทศในที่ประชุม ปอ.มรภ. ครั้งที่ 2 (186)/2569</p><p>วันที่ 7 มีนาคม 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เข้าร่วมประชุมอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏแห่งประเทศไทย (ทปอ.มรภ.) ครั้งที่ 2 (186)/2569 โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อดิศร เนาวนนท์ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมา ในฐานะประธาน ทปอ.มรภ. เป็นประธานการประชุม พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารและผู้แทนจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏทั้ง 38 แห่งทั่วประเทศ เพื่อบูรณาการความร่วมมือในการยกระดับบทบาทมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น</p><p><br></p><p>ที่ประชุมได้ติดตามความคืบหน้าภารกิจสำคัญที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสังคมและเศรษฐกิจฐานราก โดยเฉพาะการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มการตลาดออนไลน์สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน ซึ่งเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการสร้างรายได้ที่ยั่งยืนให้แก่ท้องถิ่น รวมถึงการเตรียมจัดงาน "ราชภัฏแฟร์ 2027" และการเข้าร่วม "Presidential Forum 2026" เพื่อแสดงศักยภาพของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในระดับสากล นอกจากนี้ยังมีการหารือด้านซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ผ่านโครงการ “ผ้าไทย : ศิลปกรรมและมรดกภูมิปัญญาไทย” ที่ร่วมกับวุฒิสภาเพื่อสืบสานอัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรม</p><p><br></p><p>สำหรับมิติด้านกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ ที่ประชุมได้ติดตามการเตรียมความพร้อมการแข่งขันฟุตบอลชิงถ้วยพระราชทาน “ราชภัฏคิงส์คัพ” ครั้งที่ 2 และโครงการ Rajabhat Young Leadership Program 2026 ซึ่งเป็นเวทีในการบ่มเพาะผู้นำรุ่นใหม่ที่มีจิตสาธารณะและมีความเข้าใจในบริบทของท้องถิ่นตนเอง</p><p><br></p><p>ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงวิสัยทัศน์ของกลุ่มมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงสถาบันการศึกษา แต่เป็น "พลังปัญญาของแผ่นดิน" ที่ขับเคลื่อนสังคมด้วยนวัตกรรมและการจัดการเชิงรุก โดยการประชุมครั้งต่อไปมีกำหนดจัดขึ้น ณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี ระหว่างวันที่ 16 - 18 พฤษภาคม 2569 เพื่อสานต่อภารกิจการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่ให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นรูปธรรมต่อไป</p>
<p>Associate Professor Porphun Sutthiwatana, Acting President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), participated in the 2nd/2026 Meeting of the Council of Rajabhat University Presidents of Thailand (CRUPT). The session, chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Adisorn Naowanon, President of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, convened executives from all 38 Rajabhat universities to synchronize national missions for local development.</p><p><br></p><p>The assembly focused on high-impact initiatives for grassroots economies, specifically the advancement of an integrated online marketing platform for community products. This digital infrastructure is designed to provide sustainable revenue streams for local entrepreneurs. The council also reviewed preparations for "Rajabhat Fair 2027" and the "Presidential Forum 2026," alongside a cultural soft power collaboration with the Senate titled "Thai Fabrics: Arts and Heritage of Thai Wisdom."</p><p><br></p><p>The meeting further detailed the "Rajabhat Kings Cup" football tournament and the "Rajabhat Young Leadership Program 2026," aimed at fostering public-mindedness in the next generation of leaders. These programs serve as practical vehicles for regional engagement and social cohesion.</p><p><br></p><p>This strategic alignment reinforces the Rajabhat group′s role as the "Wisdom of the Land." By leveraging collective expertise, the universities transition from traditional educational institutions to proactive engines of social and economic innovation. The council is scheduled to reconvene at Surat Thani Rajabhat University from May 16–18, 2026, to further evaluate the implementation of these localized development models.</p>
