<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารจัดการสถาบันอย่างเต็มพิกัด ในการประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารมหาวิทยาลัย (กบ.) ครั้งที่ 5/2569 เพื่อวางรากฐานการดำเนินงานด้านวิชาการ การบริหารบุคคล และการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นให้สอดรับกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงในปัจจุบัน</p><p><br></p><p>ที่ประชุมได้ติดตามความคืบหน้าการรับสมัครนักศึกษาใหม่ระดับปริญญาตรี ภาคปกติ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 ซึ่งเดินทางมาถึงรอบที่ 5 โดยเน้นย้ำถึงคุณภาพของบัณฑิตผ่านมาตรการทดสอบทักษะด้านดิจิทัลของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 เพื่อการันตีความพร้อมในการก้าวเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานยุคใหม่ที่มีการแข่งขันสูง นอกจากนี้ยังมีการพิจารณาปรับปรุงอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษาในหลักสูตรคหกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาอาหารและโภชนาการ เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการเรียนการสอนให้ทันสมัยและตอบโจทย์อุตสาหกรรมบริการ</p><p><br></p><p>ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลและทรัพย์สิน คณะกรรมการได้พิจารณาแนวปฏิบัติการลงเวลาปฏิบัติราชการของสายวิชาการ และการคัดเลือกผู้แทนคณบดีเข้าร่วมเป็นกรรมการบริหารงานบุคคล เพื่อสร้างระบบธรรมาภิบาลที่มีส่วนร่วมจากทุกภาคส่วน พร้อมกันนี้ยังได้อนุมัติร่างคำสั่งแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการบริหารทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา เพื่อปกป้องและต่อยอดงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยสู่การใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์และสังคม</p><p><br></p><p>มหาวิทยาลัยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างความสมดุลระหว่างการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาและการดูแลสวัสดิภาพของบุคลากร โดยเฉพาะการเตรียมความพร้อมในวาระสำคัญอย่างการเชิดชูเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินีในรัชกาลที่ 7 ในโอกาสที่ UNESCO ยกย่องให้ทรงเป็นบุคคลสำคัญของโลก ซึ่งถือเป็นเกียรติประวัติสูงสุดและเป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยสืบไป</p><p><br></p><p>นอกจากภารกิจภายในแล้ว มหาวิทยาลัยยังขยายผลความสำเร็จสู่ชุมชนผ่านโครงการในพื้นที่แก่งหางแมว และการลงนามรับทุนวิจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีผลไม้เมืองร้อนและสมุนไพร ซึ่งถือเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของการสร้างเศรษฐกิจฐานรากในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก โดยมุ่งหวังให้งานวิจัยจากหิ้งสู่ห้างสามารถสร้างรายได้ที่ยั่งยืนให้กับเกษตรกรและผู้ประกอบการในท้องถิ่น</p><div><br></div>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand – March 12, 2026</p><p><br></p><p>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) convened its 5th Executive Board Meeting of 2026 to accelerate institutional strategies across academic standards, personnel management, and regional development. Chaired by Associate Professor Porphan Sutthiwattana, Acting President of RBRU, the session established key frameworks to align university operations with contemporary socioeconomic shifts.</p><p><br></p><p>A primary focus of the meeting was the progress of undergraduate admissions for the 2026 academic year, currently in its fifth recruitment round. To ensure graduates meet the demands of a competitive labor market, the board emphasized the rigorous digital literacy assessments for fourth-year students. Furthermore, the committee approved updated tuition and registration fee structures for the Bachelor of Home Economics program in Food and Nutrition, aiming to modernize instructional quality to better serve the hospitality and service industries.</p><p><br></p><p>In terms of governance and human resources, the board reviewed attendance guidelines for academic staff and oversaw the selection of dean representatives for the Personnel Administration Committee to enhance transparency and inclusivity. The appointment of an Intellectual Property Management Committee was also approved to protect and transition university research into commercial and social applications.</p><p><br></p><p>Beyond internal administration, RBRU continues to expand its community impact through strategic projects in the Kaeng Hang Maew district. The university recently secured research funding for tropical fruit and herbal technology, a move designed to strengthen the grassroots economy of Eastern Thailand by translating laboratory innovations into sustainable income for local farmers and entrepreneurs.</p>
