<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ประชุมร่วมกับโรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า เพื่อหารือการดำเนินงานร่วมกัน ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพและงานวิจัยทางการแพทย์ เพื่อสร้างบุคลากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญรองรับความต้องการด้านสาธารณสุขในอนาคต</p><p><br></p><p>รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี พร้อมคณะผู้บริหาร เข้าพบ นายแพทย์ธีรพงศ์ ตุนาค ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า เพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยเน้นการใช้ทรัพยากรและองค์ความรู้ร่วมกันระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาและสถานพยาบาลหลักของภูมิภาค</p><p><br></p><p>การหารือในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นไปที่การวางรากฐานสำคัญสำหรับการจัดตั้ง "วิทยาลัยแพทยศาสตร์ พระปกเกล้า-รำไพพรรณี" ซึ่งจะเป็นศูนย์กลางการผลิตบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในอนาคต โดยครอบคลุมการพัฒนาหลักสูตรใน 3 สาขาหลัก ได้แก่ เทคนิคการแพทย์ แพทย์แผนไทย และเภสัชกรรม เพื่อตอบโจทย์การขาดแคลนบุคลากรเฉพาะทางในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก</p><p><br></p><p>มหาวิทยาลัยมีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะขยายศักยภาพด้านการศึกษาให้ครอบคลุมด้านวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น การร่วมมือกับโรงพยาบาลพระปกเกล้าซึ่งเป็นโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ที่มีความพร้อมทั้งด้านบุคลากรและเครื่องมือแพทย์ จะช่วยให้การสร้างหลักสูตรมีมาตรฐานสากลและใช้งานได้จริงในทางปฏิบัติ รวมถึงการส่งเสริมงานวิจัยนวัตกรรมทางการแพทย์ที่จะสร้างประโยชน์แก่ชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน</p><p><br></p><p>การบูรณาการระหว่างหน่วยงานบริการสาธารณสุขและสถาบันการศึกษาเป็นหัวใจสำคัญในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชน การสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนและพื้นที่ฝึกปฏิบัติงานวิชาชีพ จะช่วยให้ได้บัณฑิตที่มีทักษะตรงตามความต้องการของระบบสาธารณสุขไทย ซึ่งโรงพยาบาลพร้อมให้การสนับสนุนเพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการดูแลสุขภาพในระดับภูมิภาค</p>
<p>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) and Prapokklao Hospital have entered formal discussions to develop medical curricula and health science research initiatives aimed at addressing healthcare professional shortages in Eastern Thailand.</p><p><br></p><p>Associate Professor Porphun Suttiwattana, Acting President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, led an executive delegation to meet with Dr. Teerapong Tunak, Director of Prapokklao Hospital. The meeting focused on establishing a framework to integrate academic resources with clinical expertise.</p><p><br></p><p>The primary objective of this collaboration is the foundational planning for the "Prapokklao-Rambhai Barni College of Medicine." The proposed college will focus on three initial programs: Medical Technology, Thai Traditional Medicine, and Pharmacy. These fields were selected to specifically target the increasing demand for specialized health personnel in the region.</p><p><br></p><p>"The university is committed to expanding our educational capacity into the health sciences," Associate Professor Suttiwattana said. "Partnering with Prapokklao Hospital, a primary regional medical center with advanced equipment and experienced staff, ensures our curriculum meets international standards and provides students with essential practical experience."</p><p><br></p><p>Dr. Tunak noted that the integration of public health services and academic institutions is vital for improving regional quality of life. The hospital will provide clinical training environments and professional supervision to ensure graduates possess the skills required by the Thai healthcare system.</p><p><br></p><p>The partnership represents a strategic move to strengthen the local healthcare infrastructure. Beyond education, the collaboration will extend to medical innovation and research designed to provide sustainable community benefits.</p><p><br></p><p>This initiative aligns with Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University’s vision to serve as a hub of knowledge and innovation for local development.
