<p>คณะครุศาสตร์ มรภ.รำไพพรรณี จัดกิจกรรมคัดเลือกนักเรียนทุนโครงการครูรัก(ษ์)ถิ่น รุ่นที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2569 มุ่งสร้างโอกาสทางการศึกษาและพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพโรงเรียนในพื้นที่ทุรกันดารอย่างยั่งยืน</p><p><br></p><p>จันทบุรี (25 มีนาคม 2569) – รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เป็นประธานเปิดกิจกรรมเตรียมความพร้อมและคัดเลือกผู้รับทุนโครงการครูรัก(ษ์)ถิ่น รุ่นที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2569 โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิวัฒน์ เพชรศรี คณบดีคณะครุศาสตร์ พร้อมคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานร่วมให้ข้อมูลรายละเอียดกระบวนการคัดเลือก ณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี</p><p><br></p><p>กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 25 – 30 มีนาคม 2569 รวมระยะเวลา 6 วัน เพื่อคัดเลือกเยาวชนเข้าเป็นนักเรียนทุนที่มีความพร้อมทั้งด้านวิชาการ ทักษะวิชาชีพ และจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู โดยกระบวนการคัดเลือกประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนหลัก:</p><p><br></p><p>การพัฒนาและเตรียมความพร้อม: บ่มเพาะบุคลิกภาพความเป็นครูรุ่นใหม่ การผลิตสื่อการสอนประถมศึกษา และการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษ</p><p><br></p><p>การฝึกทักษะในสถานการณ์จริง: ประยุกต์ใช้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ทักษะชีวิต และการศึกษาดูงาน ณ โรงเรียนปลายทางในพื้นที่จริงเพื่อทดสอบการแก้ปัญหาผ่านสถานการณ์จำลอง</p><p><br></p><p>การประเมินทัศนคติ: วัดแววความเป็นครูและความมุ่งมั่นในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนพื้นที่ห่างไกล</p><p><br></p><p>รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี ระบุว่าโครงการนี้เน้นการคัดเลือกผู้ที่มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพและพร้อมเติบโตเป็นแม่พิมพ์ของชาติในท้องถิ่นตนเอง ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น</p><p><br></p><p>ด้านผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิวัฒน์ เพชรศรี คณบดีคณะครุศาสตร์ เพิ่มเติมว่ากระบวนการคัดเลือกที่เข้มข้นจะช่วยให้มั่นใจได้ว่านักเรียนทุนครูรัก(ษ์)ถิ่น จะเป็นบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพสูง มีทักษะการสอนที่เท่าทันยุคสมัย และมีความผูกพันกับชุมชน อันเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางการศึกษาในระยะยาว</p><p><br></p><p>โครงการครูรัก(ษ์)ถิ่น มุ่งสร้างอิมแพคเชิงบวกต่อสังคมด้วยการผลิตครูที่เข้าใจบริบทท้องถิ่น เพื่อเข้าไปยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของเด็กและเยาวชนในพื้นที่ห่างไกลให้ได้รับโอกาสทางการศึกษาที่มีมาตรฐานทัดเทียมกับส่วนกลาง</p>

The initiative aims to recruit and train educators specifically for service in remote and underserved schools across the country. Associate Professor Porphan Sutthiwattana, Acting President of RBRU, presided over the opening ceremony alongside faculty members and candidates.</p><p><br></p><p>The selection period, running through March 30, involves rigorous assessments of academic readiness, vocational skills, and psychological aptitude. Candidates participate in teaching-media production workshops for primary education and specialized sessions on inclusive education. The program also requires applicants to visit rural schools to demonstrate problem-solving abilities through simulated classroom scenarios and community engagement exercises.</p><p><br></p><p>"The selection process is designed to ensure that scholarship recipients possess both the pedagogical skills and the resilience required for rural service," said Assistant Professor Wiwat Phetsri, Dean of the Faculty of Education. Phetsri noted that the university evaluates candidates based on their commitment to long-term community development rather than academic performance alone. This localized recruitment strategy is intended to reduce the high turnover rates often seen among teachers assigned to isolated regions.</p><p><br></p><p>Successful applicants will receive full scholarships and a guarantee of placement in their home districts upon graduation. The Kru Rak Thin program serves as a strategic mechanism to bridge the educational quality gap between urban centers and rural provinces.
