<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีเตรียมเปิดใช้งานอาคารคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ (อาคาร 41) ชูนวัตกรรมห้องปฏิบัติการเสมือนจริงมาตรฐานโรงพยาบาล มุ่งผลิตบุคลากรคุณภาพด้านสาธารณสุขในภูมิภาคตะวันออก</p><p><br></p><p>จันทบุรี (26 มีนาคม 2569) – รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี นำคณะผู้บริหารเข้าตรวจเยี่ยมความคืบหน้าการก่อสร้างอาคารคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ (อาคาร 41) ซึ่งเป็นอาคารสูง 7 ชั้น เพื่อติดตามความพร้อมเชิงโครงสร้างและระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ก่อนเปิดใช้งานอย่างเป็นทางการเพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของหลักสูตรและการเพิ่มจำนวนนักศึกษาพยาบาลในอนาคต</p><p><br></p><p>การออกแบบอาคารเน้นมาตรฐานสถานพยาบาลและนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ยุคดิจิทัล ประกอบด้วยส่วนสำคัญดังนี้ ได้แก่ ศูนย์ฝึกทักษะทางการแพทย์ (Simulation Lab) , ระบบ Smart Classroom ติดตั้งเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเต็มรูปแบบในทุกชั้น รองรับการเรียนรู้แบบ Hybrid และการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลทางการแพทย์ ด้านโครงสร้างมาตรฐานโรงพยาบาล ติดตั้งระบบลิฟต์สำหรับเคลื่อนย้ายเปลพยาบาลและทางลาดตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ที่สมจริงที่สุด</p><p><br></p><p>นอกจากการพัฒนาด้านสถานที่ มหาวิทยาลัยยังมุ่งเน้นการนำนวัตกรรม Digital Health มาปรับใช้ในการเรียนการสอน โดยเฉพาะการแก้ปัญหาความซับซ้อนของการดูแลผู้ป่วยแผลกดทับ ซึ่งเป็นปัญหาสำคัญระดับสากล ผ่านระบบประเมินและแจ้งเตือนอัจฉริยะที่ช่วยเก็บข้อมูลขนาด สภาพแผล และแจ้งเตือนเวลาพลิกตัวผู้ป่วย เพื่อลดความคลาดเคลื่อนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานร่วมกันของสหสาขาวิชาชีพ ทั้งแพทย์ พยาบาล และนักกายภาพบำบัด</p><p><br></p><p>รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ เปิดเผยว่า การพัฒนาอาคาร 41 เป็นพันธกิจสำคัญในการยกระดับมาตรฐานการศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ โดยมุ่งเน้นการผลิตบุคลากรที่เชี่ยวชาญทั้งทักษะวิชาชีพและเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ เพื่อลดภาระงานของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และเพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นให้กับประชาชนในจังหวัดจันทบุรีและภูมิภาคตะวันออกอย่างยั่งยืน</p><p><br></p><p>ปัจจุบันอาคารอยู่ในขั้นตอนสุดท้ายของการปรับปรุงพื้นที่และติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ คาดว่าจะพร้อมเปิดใช้งานสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาลในภาคเรียนที่จะถึงนี้</p>
<p>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University is finishing a seven-story nursing facility in Chanthaburi to address eastern Thailand’s healthcare worker shortage.</p><p><br></p><p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University is completing a new 41.5 million baht nursing science facility equipped with advanced simulation technology to train healthcare professionals for the eastern region. Associate Professor Pophun Sutthiwatana, acting president of the university, led an inspection of the seven-story Building 41 on March 26, 2026, to verify structural readiness and the installation of digital health systems before its official opening this year. The facility is designed to meet hospital-grade standards, featuring specialized medical elevators and ramps to replicate a clinical environment for its expanding student body.</p><p><br></p><p>The center of the development is a high-fidelity Simulation Lab that replicates pediatric, maternal, and geriatric wards. These labs allow students to practice complex clinical decision-making and procedures before beginning rotations in actual hospitals. To modernize the curriculum, the university integrated a digital health platform specifically for pressure sore management, which is a significant global healthcare challenge. This system utilizes an intelligent assessment application to track wound dimensions and provides automated alerts for patient repositioning to prevent new injuries. This data-driven approach aims to improve coordination between doctors, nurses, and physical therapists.</p><p><br></p><p>"Building 41 represents a strategic shift toward technology-integrated medical education to reduce the workload of frontline healthcare workers," Sutthiwatana said during the inspection. He noted that the facility will allow the university to increase its nursing intake to meet the rising demand for public health services in Chanthaburi and surrounding provinces. The project is currently in the final stages of medical equipment installation. University officials expect the building to be fully operational for the upcoming academic semester, providing a hub for hybrid learning through its smart classroom infrastructure which connects all seven floors to a centralized information network.</p>
