<p>คณะผู้บริหาร มรภ.รำไพพรรณี แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้การบริหารจัดการและบริการวิชาการ ณ มรภ.ราชนครินทร์ มุ่งขับเคลื่อนโครงการตามรอยเส้นทางทัพพระเจ้าตากสิน เพื่อพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์อย่างยั่งยืน</p><p><br></p><p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา (2 เมษายน 2569) – คณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เดินทางเข้าศึกษาดูงานและประชุมแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการดำเนินงานร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ โดยมี ดร.นฤชล เรือนงาม รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ ให้การต้อนรับ เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นและสืบสานวัฒนธรรม</p><p><br></p><p>การหารือในครั้งนี้เน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ใน 4 ประเด็นหลัก ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการองค์กรสมัยใหม่ แนวทางการให้บริการวิชาการและบริการชุมชนเชิงรุก กระบวนการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น การขับเคลื่อนโครงการเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ผ่านต้นทุนทางประวัติศาสตร์</p><p><br></p><p>ดร.นฤชล เรือนงาม รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ ได้นำเสนอโครงการ "ตามรอยเส้นทางทัพพระเจ้าตากสิน" ซึ่งเป็นโมเดลการยกระดับแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรม โดยใช้แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (Creative Economy) มาสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กับพื้นที่ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับอัตลักษณ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในการเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น</p><p><br></p><p>ผลจากการศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ มรภ.รำไพพรรณี จะนำแนวทางดังกล่าวมาปรับใช้ในการวางแผนยุทธศาสตร์การบริการวิชาการ เพื่อสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อเศรษฐกิจฐานรากในเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ โดยมุ่งเน้นการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในการขับเคลื่อนซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ทางวัฒนธรรมให้เกิดผลเป็นรูปธรรม</p>

The delegation examined RRU’s administrative systems and community outreach programs focused on cultural preservation.</p><p><br></p><p>The meeting centered on the "In the Footsteps of King Taksin’s Army" project, an initiative designed to transform historical sites into economic assets. RRU Vice President Naruchol Ruengam presented the model as a strategy for upgrading cultural locations using creative economy principles to generate local revenue.</p><p><br></p><p>"This project demonstrates how historical assets can be revitalized to drive grassroots economic growth through structured academic services," Ruengam said. Ruengam emphasized that the collaboration aims to standardize how regional universities manage cultural soft power to benefit local communities.</p><p><br></p><p>RBRU officials confirmed the university will integrate these strategies into its current academic service planning for the eastern region. The initiative seeks to strengthen the network between Rajabhat universities to improve historical site management and community engagement.</p><p><br></p><p>The study visit also addressed modern organizational management and proactive community service protocols. By adopting these models, RBRU intends to create a measurable impact on the foundation economy within its jurisdiction. The delegation focused on practical implementation rather than theoretical cooperation.</p>
