<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ต้อนรับคณะอนุกรรมการ สป.อว. ติดตามผลหลักสูตรบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่ 6 สาขา ยกระดับทักษะแรงงานภาคตะวันออกตอบโจทย์อุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายและเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล</p><p><br></p><p>จันทบุรี (24 เมษายน 2569) – คณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ให้การต้อนรับคณะอนุกรรมการเฉพาะกิจเพื่อบริหารโครงการผลิตบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่ นำโดย รศ.ดร.บัณฑิต ทิพากร ประธานอนุกรรมการ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สป.อว.) ณ ห้องประชุมสามศร ชั้น 8 อาคาร 36 เพื่อติดตามผลการดำเนินงานหลักสูตรพัฒนาทักษะระยะสั้น (Non-degree) ที่มุ่งเน้นการสร้างสมรรถนะสูง (High Competency) ให้แก่บุคลากรและผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่</p><p><br></p><p>การตรวจเยี่ยมครั้งนี้มีการติดตามความคืบหน้าของ 6 หลักสูตรยุทธศาสตร์ที่ครอบคลุมความต้องการของภาคการผลิตและบริการ ได้แก่ หลักสูตรการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้วยกระบวนการ STEM , หลักสูตรเครื่องสำอางจากผลิตภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติและสมุนไพรไทย , หลักสูตรนักพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการสำหรับวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) , หลักสูตรธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง (Social Enterprise for Change) , หลักสูตรการดัดแปลงยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV Conversion) และหลักสูตรนักบริหารและสื่อสารการตลาดดิจิทัลสำหรับธุรกิจ SMEs</p><p><br></p><p>รศ.ดร.บัณฑิต ทิพากร ประธานอนุกรรมการ ระบุถึงความสำคัญของการลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ว่าเป็นการร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นระหว่างผู้ใช้บัณฑิตและผู้เรียน เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาปรับปรุงกระบวนการเรียนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมจริง โดยเน้นย้ำถึงการสร้างผลลัพธ์เชิงประจักษ์ในการนำองค์ความรู้ไปสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มทางเศรษฐกิจให้กับชุมชนและสถานประกอบการในภาคตะวันออก</p><p><br></p><p>โครงการผลิตบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่ถือเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ผ่านกระบวนการ Upskill และ Reskill ที่เท่าทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงเทคโนโลยี โดยในช่วงบ่ายคณะทำงานได้ลงพื้นที่สถานประกอบการภาคีเครือข่ายเพื่อประเมินความสำเร็จของการนำทักษะไปใช้จริงในภาคปฏิบัติ อันเป็นการตอกย้ำบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) hosted a high-level review on April 24, 2026, by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI). The delegation, led by Bandhit Thipakorn, chairman of the subcommittee for the New Breed Manpower program, assessed the university′s non-degree courses intended to bridge the skill gap in Thailand’s eastern region. The evaluation focused on six key strategic areas: STEM education, natural cosmetics, SME product development, social enterprise, electric vehicle (EV) conversion, and digital marketing.</p><p><br></p><p>Officials conducted interviews with students and local business owners at the university’s Samesorn Room to measure the impact of these short-term certifications. The initiative aims to provide rapid "Upskill and Reskill" opportunities for workers facing shifts in the digital economy. The program structure aligns university curricula with the technical requirements of private sector partners in Chanthaburi and surrounding provinces. Following the morning sessions, the committee conducted site visits to partner enterprises to verify the practical application of the training.</p><p><br></p><p>"This visit allows us to exchange insights directly with both the graduates and their employers to ensure our curriculum meets actual industry standards," Thipakorn said. He added that the primary goal remains the creation of tangible economic value for local communities through professional expertise. The New Breed Manpower project serves as a central component of the university’s strategy to enhance regional competitiveness. By focusing on high-growth sectors such as EV technology and digital trade, the institution seeks to establish itself as a primary hub for vocational excellence in eastern Thailand.</p>
