<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมกับมูลนิธิพระบรมราชานุสรณ์ฯ เตรียมจัดกิจกรรมระดับสากล เพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี</p><p><br></p><p>จันทบุรี (29 เมษายน 2569) – มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เดินหน้าเตรียมความพร้อมวาระสำคัญระดับโลก หลังจากองค์การยูเนสโก (UNESCO) ประกาศยกย่องสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินีในรัชกาลที่ 7 เป็นบุคคลสำคัญของโลก โดยล่าสุดได้มีการประชุมหารือร่วมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อวางโครงสร้างกิจกรรมเฉลิมพระเกียรติที่จะเกิดขึ้นระหว่างปี 2569-2570</p><p><br></p><p>ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ คุณบุญพีร์ พันธ์วร คณะกรรมการมูลนิธิพระบรมราชานุสรณ์พระบาทสมเด็จพระปกเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวและสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พร้อมด้วยทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ได้เข้าหารือกับคณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการดำเนินงานใน 4 มิติ ได้แก่ การเตรียมจัดนิทรรศการเฉลิมพระเกียรติครั้งใหญ่ ณ โรงแรมดุสิตธานี กรุงเทพฯ โดยแผนงานครอบคลุมการเชิญคณะทูตานุทูตจากนานาประเทศเข้าร่วม เพื่อประกาศพระเกียรติคุณในระดับนานาชาติ , การยกระดับ "วังสวนบ้านแก้ว" สู่การเป็นอุทยานพันธุ์ไม้ในพระองค์ โดยมุ่งเน้นการรวบรวมและขยายพันธุ์ไม้เฉพาะถิ่นและพันธุ์ไม้ที่เกี่ยวเนื่อง อาทิ ดอกบัวควีนรำไพพรรณี เพื่อเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางพฤกษศาสตร์ , การสร้างความร่วมมือด้านงานวิจัยเชิงลึกกับ รศ.ดร.จันทิมา เขียวแก้ว จากมหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้าไทย เพื่อรวบรวมหลักฐานทางประวัติศาสตร์ที่สมบูรณ์ และการจัดทำหนังสือชุดพิเศษเฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญของ The Nation เพื่อให้ได้เนื้อหาที่มีมาตรฐานการสื่อสารระดับสากล</p><p><br></p><p>คุณบุญพีร์ พันธ์วร ระบุถึงเป้าหมายการดำเนินงานว่า การทำงานร่วมกันครั้งนี้เป็นการบูรณาการความเชี่ยวชาญจากหลายภาคส่วนเพื่อให้สมพระเกียรติกับวาระที่ UNESCO ประกาศยกย่อง โดยเน้นการสร้างองค์ความรู้ที่ยั่งยืนและการฟื้นฟูวังสวนบ้านแก้วให้เป็นศูนย์กลางแห่งความภาคภูมิใจ</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) has partnered with the King Prajadhipok and Queen Rambhai Barni Memorial Foundation to launch a global commemorative program for 2026-2027. The initiative follows the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) designating the late Queen a Great Personality of the World. The program focuses on historical preservation and international diplomacy to highlight the Queen’s legacy through research and public exhibitions.</p><p><br></p><p>The university and foundation experts met to finalize four primary projects, including a major exhibition at the Dusit Thani Bangkok. This event will host international diplomats to present the Queen’s contributions to a global audience. Simultaneously, officials will develop Suan Baan Kaew Palace into a botanical park. This project aims to conserve native flora, such as the Queen Rambhai Barni lotus, for scientific and educational purposes.</p><p><br></p><p>Academic efforts include a partnership with Jantima Kheokao, an associate professor at the University of the Chamber of Commerce, to conduct deep historical research. Furthermore, editorial teams from The Nation will assist in producing a commemorative book set to international publishing standards. These projects aim to consolidate historical records while promoting the university′s cultural assets.</p><p><br></p><p>"This collaboration integrates expertise from various sectors to honor the UNESCO recognition," said Boonpee Panwor, a committee member of the Memorial Foundation. Panwor noted that the initiative emphasizes sustainable knowledge and the restoration of Suan Baan Kaew Palace as a cultural hub. The university expects the program to stimulate local historical tourism in Chanthaburi while fulfilling the royal mission of community development and education.</p>
