<p>สำนักงานอธิการบดี ต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนโมเดลการบริหารจัดการสำนักงานสีเขียว (Green Office)</p><p><br></p><p>(28 เมษายน 2569) – มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี โดยสำนักงานอธิการบดี ให้การต้อนรับ ผศ.ภควัฒน์ วงศ์วรรณวัฒนา คณบดีคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี พร้อมคณะบุคลากร ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาดูงานด้านการบริหารจัดการสำนักงานสีเขียว (Green Office) เพื่อนำองค์ความรู้ไปพัฒนายกระดับหน่วยงานภายในให้เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม</p><p><br></p><p>การศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการถ่ายทอดแนวทางปฏิบัติที่เป็นรูปธรรม 3 ด้านหลัก คือ การบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรไฟฟ้าและน้ำอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพผ่านระบบควบคุมอัจฉริยะ , การจัดการของเสียครบวงจร และการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์และพื้นที่ทำงานเพื่อสุขภาวะที่ดีของบุคลากรตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน Green Office</p><p><br></p><p>ผศ.ภควัฒน์ วงศ์วรรณวัฒนา คณบดีคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี ระบุว่าการเลือกศึกษาดูงานที่มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เนื่องจากเห็นถึงความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานที่เป็นระบบและสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริงในบริบทของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ซึ่งจะช่วยเร่งรัดการดำเนินงานด้านสำนักงานสีเขียวของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ให้เห็นผลเป็นรูปธรรมรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น</p><p><br></p><p>ความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในการเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้และต้นแบบด้านความยั่งยืน (Sustainability Hub) ที่พร้อมส่งต่อแนวคิดการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมสู่เครือข่ายสถาบันการศึกษาทั่วประเทศ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียวในระดับมหภาคต่อไป</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, or RBRU, hosted a delegation from Ubon Ratchaburi Rajabhat University on April 28 to exchange technical knowledge on the Green Office management model. The visit focused on implementing environmental standards within academic institutions to reduce operational footprints. Faculty members and administrators from the visiting science department reviewed RBRU’s localized strategies for sustainable resource use.</p><p><br></p><p>The exchange centered on three primary operational areas including smart-system energy and water management, comprehensive waste segregation, and occupational health improvements. RBRU representatives demonstrated how integrated control systems track utility consumption to identify inefficiencies. The program also detailed the university’s transition away from single-use plastics and its systematic approach to waste-to-resource conversion.</p><p><br></p><p>Assistant Professor Pakawat Wongwanwattana, Dean of the Faculty of Science at Ubon Ratchaburi Rajabhat University, identified the Chanthaburi-based institution as a benchmark for practical application. "We selected this site because the management systems here are proven and scalable for university contexts," Wongwanwattana said. He noted that the technical insights gained during the sessions would accelerate his faculty’s internal transition toward official green certification.</p><p><br></p><p>University officials stated that the collaboration serves as a regional case study for the Sustainability Hub initiative. By sharing environmental frameworks with peer institutions, RBRU aims to standardize eco-friendly administrative practices across the national Rajabhat network. The initiative aligns with broader academic shifts toward carbon neutrality and sustainable development goals in the Thai higher education sector.</p>
