<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เดินหน้าโครงการ CNMU เฟส 2 อบรมบุคลากรกว่า 250 คน สร้างความเข้าใจวิกฤตสภาพภูมิอากาศ สู่การเป็น Green University อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม</p><p><br></p><p>จันทบุรี (29 เมษายน 2569) – มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดกิจกรรมขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ความยั่งยืน ณ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างเครือข่ายบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนให้มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในสถานศึกษา</p><p><br></p><p>โครงการ Carbon Neutrality Management Unit (CNMU) ระยะที่ 2 มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับความรู้และความเข้าใจด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมให้แก่บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน ซึ่งเป็นฟันเฟืองสำคัญในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรของมหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีประเด็นขับเคลื่อนที่สำคัญ คือการให้ความรู้เรื่องการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ (Climate Change) และปรากฏการณ์เอลนีโญที่มีผลกระทบต่อพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก การกำหนดวิธีการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกที่สามารถทำได้จริงในภารกิจประจำวันและการปฏิบัติงานในสำนักงาน และพัฒนาโครงสร้าง "หน่วยจัดการความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน" (CNMU) ให้เป็นกลไกหลักในการตรวจสอบและประเมินผลการลดคาร์บอนขององค์กร</p><p><br></p><p>นางสาวอรสา อ่อนถาวร รักษาการผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานอธิการบดี ระบุว่าการสร้างมหาวิทยาลัยที่ยั่งยืนต้องอาศัยการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทุกระดับ โดยเฉพาะสายสนับสนุนที่เป็นผู้ดูแลระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและการใช้พลังงานในพื้นที่ การเติมเต็มองค์ความรู้ครั้งนี้จึงเป็นการวางรากฐานให้เกิดวัฒนธรรมองค์กรสีเขียวที่เข้มแข็ง</p><p><br></p><p>ในการนี้ได้รับความร่วมมือจากทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ประกอบด้วย ผศ.วิชลัดดา อุ่นสะอาด, อ.สุพิชญา จรัญชล และ ผศ.อรรถกร คำฉัตร ร่วมถ่ายทอดเทคนิคการคำนวณคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์เบื้องต้น และกลยุทธ์การลดการใช้พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) inaugurated the second phase of its Carbon Neutrality Management Unit (CNMU) program on April 29, 2026. The initiative convened 250 staff at the Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology to implement greenhouse gas reduction protocols. This internal expansion targets operational emissions by training administrative and technical personnel in resource efficiency and climate adaptation.</p><p><br></p><p>The workshop addressed specific environmental pressures facing eastern Thailand, including the El Niño phenomenon and shifting rainfall patterns. Experts from the Faculty of Science and Technology, including Assistant Professor Wichonladda Unsa-ard and Assistant Professor Attakorn Kamchat, provided technical training on calculating carbon footprints. The curriculum focused on converting daily office operations into measurable data points for the university’s sustainability audit.</p><p><br></p><p>"A sustainable university requires participation across all institutional levels, particularly from support staff who manage our infrastructure and energy consumption," said Orasa Onthaworn, Acting Director of the Office of the President. Onthaworn noted that the training establishes a foundation for a "green corporate culture" capable of maintaining long-term environmental standards. The program serves as the primary mechanism for monitoring and evaluating the university’s progress toward net-zero targets.</p><p><br></p><p>The university plans to use the data generated from this phase to refine its Carbon Neutrality Management Unit structure. By integrating technical staff into the monitoring process, the institution aims to align its regional operations with national climate goals. This strategic move addresses both immediate energy costs and broader environmental responsibilities within the Chanthaburi province.</p>
