<p>ห้องประชุมสามศร ชั้น 8 อาคาร 36 (5 พฤษภาคม 2569) - มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีจัดการประชุมสภามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ครั้งที่ 5/2569 โดยมีพลเอกวุฒินันท์ ลีลายุทธ์ นายกสภามหาวิทยาลัย เป็นประธานการประชุม คณะกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัยเข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียงเพื่อพิจารณาวาระสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัย</p><p><br></p><p>การประชุมเริ่มต้นเมื่อเวลา 09.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมสามศร ชั้น 8 อาคาร 36 ซึ่งเป็นสถานที่จัดประชุมหลักของมหาวิทยาลัย วาระการประชุมครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญหลายด้าน อาทิ การรับรองรายงานการประชุมครั้งที่ 4/2569 การติดตามผลการดำเนินงานตามมติสภาฯ ที่ผ่านมา รายงานผลการติดตามตรวจสอบและประเมินผลงานของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ประจำปีงบประมาณพ.ศ 2568 การพิจารณาแผนยุทธศาสตร์และงบประมาณประจำปี การอนุมัติหลักสูตรใหม่และการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรเดิมให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานและมาตรฐานการอุดมศึกษา รวมถึงการพิจารณาแต่งตั้งและโยกย้ายบุคลากรในตำแหน่งสำคัญต่างๆ เพื่อให้การบริหารงานของมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและโปร่งใส</p><p><br></p><p>หนึ่งในวาระสำคัญที่ได้รับความสนใจคือการพิจารณาคณะกรรมการจัดทำหนังสือเชิดชูเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินีในรัชกาลที่ 7 ซึ่งเป็นพระนามที่มหาวิทยาลัยได้รับพระราชทานนาม การจัดทำหนังสือดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมพระราชประวัติ พระราชกรณียกิจ และพระราชจริยวัตรอันงดงามของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี เพื่อเผยแพร่พระเกียรติคุณและเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรมสำหรับนักศึกษา บุคลากร และประชาชนทั่วไป โครงการนี้ถือเป็นการแสดงความสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณและเป็นการสืบสานพระราชปณิธานของพระองค์ในการส่งเสริมการศึกษาและพัฒนาสังคม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — The Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) Council convened its fifth session of 2026 on May 5 to approve the formation of a committee tasked with producing a commemorative memoir of Queen Rambhai Barni. The publication will document the life, royal duties, and historical contributions of the university’s namesake, specifically focusing on her impact in eastern Thailand. Officials confirmed the project aims to establish a permanent historical record for academic and public use.</p><p><br></p><p>The council, led by University Council Chairman General Wutinan Leelayudth, also reviewed the fiscal year 2025 performance audit and ratified updates to the academic curriculum. These revisions align degree programs with current labor market demands and national higher education standards. Additional agenda items included the approval of the annual strategic budget and the appointment of personnel to key administrative positions to improve institutional transparency.</p><p><br></p><p>"This memoir is an essential mission for the university to preserve the royal heritage and provide a cultural foundation for our students," Leelayudth said. He noted that the project serves as a bridge between the institution′s history and its future academic goals. The meeting concluded with a review of regional research initiatives intended to apply university innovation to local community development.</p>
