<p>คณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย ร่วมหารือประธานสถาบันสร้างชาติ เตรียมส่งบุคลากรเข้าอบรมระดับสูง พร้อมผลักดันที่ตั้งศูนย์จันทบุรีสร้างชาติ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่</p><p><br></p><p>โรงแรมสตาร์ คอนเวนชั่น จังหวัดระยอง (6 พฤษภาคม 2569) – รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร เข้าหารือร่วมกับ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เกรียงศักดิ์ เจริญวงศ์ศักดิ์ ประธานสถาบันสร้างชาติ (NBI) เพื่อวางกรอบความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาบุคลากรและการขยายฐานเครือข่ายนักสร้างชาติสู่จังหวัดจันทบุรี</p><p><br></p><p>การพบปะครั้งนี้เป็นการขยายผลการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ตามพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีประเด็นสำคัญ 2 ประการ คือการพัฒนาบุคลากรระดับสูง โดยมหาวิทยาลัยเตรียมส่งผู้บริหารเข้าศึกษาในหลักสูตรต่าง ๆ ของสถาบันสร้างชาติ เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการบริหารจัดการสมัยใหม่ และการสร้างนวัตกรรมเชิงนโยบายเพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ในการบริหารจัดการมหาวิทยาลัย และการวางแผนการจัดตั้งศูนย์ "จันทบุรีสร้างชาติ" โดบยมีการหารือความเป็นไปได้ในการใช้พื้นที่คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เป็นฐานที่ตั้งของศูนย์ เพื่อเป็นกลไกในการบูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคีเครือข่ายนักสร้างชาติในพื้นที่จังหวัดจันทบุรีและภาคตะวันออก</p><p><br></p><p>การหารือในครั้งนี้จะส่งผลให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงโครงสร้างในพื้นที่ ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยที่ผ่านหลักสูตรจะมีความพร้อมในการนำทฤษฎีการสร้างชาติมาประยุกต์สู่การปฏิบัติจริงในองค์กร และศูนย์ "จันทบุรีสร้างชาติ" จะกลายเป็นพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง (Co-working & Networking Space) สำหรับผู้นำภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี เพื่อระดมสมองและแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงพื้นที่ร่วมกัน</p>
<p>RAYONG, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) officials met with the National Building Institute (NBI) on May 6, 2026, to finalize plans for a regional development center and executive training initiative. The collaboration aims to establish the "Chanthaburi Nation-Building Center" at the university’s Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. This facility will serve as a coordination hub for public and private sector leaders to address provincial development challenges through integrated policy innovation.</p><p><br></p><p>The partnership includes a commitment to enroll university administrators in NBI’s advanced management courses to improve institutional governance. Associate Professor Pophun Sutthiwattana, Acting President of RBRU, led the delegation to discuss human resource development under the university’s regional mission. The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical urban management within Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor.</p><p><br></p><p>The project is expected to transform the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences into a strategic meeting point for regional stakeholders. University officials stated that administrators completing the program will apply nation-building theories to modernize internal operations. This institutional upgrade aligns with national strategies to enhance competitiveness in eastern Thailand through specialized human capital investment.</p><div><br></div>
