On May 8, 2026, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) organized a local development academic service project at the Wang Tanot Sub-district Administrative Organization in Nayai Am District, Chanthaburi. Asst. Prof. Warin Supaporn, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, presided over the official opening ceremony and the formal handover of the "Wang Tanot Learning Center." This center is envisioned as a vital educational resource and a catalyst for enhancing the quality of life within the community through sustainable practices. The event featured key activities, including: Administrative Training: Empowering local staff with guidelines for effective learning center management and operational excellence. Integrated Community Forum: An interactive session for exchanging spatial data and local insights between academic experts and community members. Official Handover Ceremony: The formal transfer of the learning center to the community, establishing a long-term foundation for lifelong learning. This initiative underscores the Faculty’s unwavering commitment to utilizing academic expertise for local empowerment, aligning with Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University’s core philosophy of being a pillar of knowledge and a dependable partner for community development.
