<p data-path-to-node="6">On Friday, May 15, 2026, <b data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="39">Asst. Prof. Suttinan Sotwithi</b>, Director of the Academic Service Office at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), presided over the closing ceremony and awarded certificates to participants of the <b data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="238">Local Resource Base Member Meeting</b>. The intensive workshop, which focused on the "Administration and Management of Work Strands 4-6" (Session 1/2026), was held from May 14–15 at Room 37502, Building 37, Faculty of Management Science.</p><p data-path-to-node="7">The <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="4">RSPG-RBRU Coordination Center</b> organized this initiative to raise awareness and foster a deep sense of responsibility toward sustainable plant genetic conservation. The project highlights the critical role that a local resource base plays in community development, operating strictly under the framework of the <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="314">Plant Genetic Conservation Project Under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (RSPG)</b>.</p><p data-path-to-node="8">The two-day training session focused extensively on building administrative and management skills across three pivotal areas:</p><ul data-path-to-node="9"><li><p data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><b data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strand 4:</b> Local Resource Conservation and Utilization.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="9,1,0"><b data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strand 5:</b> Local Resource Information Center Management.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="9,2,0"><b data-path-to-node="9,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strand 6:</b> Support for Resource Base Conservation and Development.</p></li></ul><p data-path-to-node="10">A total of <b data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="11">16 executives, officers, and personnel</b> from <b data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="55">8 local administrative organizations</b> across Chanthaburi and Trat provinces attended the training. Armed with this comprehensive knowledge, these local officials are prepared to implement these royal initiatives within their jurisdictions, securing sustainable environmental and resource management at the local level.</p>
