มรภ.รำไพพรรณี ติวเข้มอาจารย์ปั้นหลักสูตรระยะสั้น รับระบบคลังหน่วยกิตยุคใหม่

มรภ.รำไพพรรณี เปิดโปรแกรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาหลักสูตรระยะสั้นในโครงการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ดึงผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับประเทศร่วมวางระบบคลังหน่วยกิตขยายฐานผู้เรียนทุกช่วงวัย

จันทบุรี (26 พฤษภาคม 2569) – รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี เปิดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ "ส่งเสริมการจัดทำหลักสูตรอบรมระยะสั้น ในโครงการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต" ณ หอประชุมสิริรำไพพรรณ อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ (อาคาร 36) โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เดชาวุฒิ วานิชสรรพ์ รองอธิการบดี ในนามของกองบริการการศึกษา สำนักงานอธิการบดี เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับทักษะคณาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรในการออกแบบการศึกษาที่ตอบโจทย์ตลาดแรงงานปัจจุบัน

การจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในครั้งนี้ มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนากลไกและระบบการเก็บข้อมูลหลักสูตรอบรมระยะสั้นของมหาวิทยาลัยให้มีมาตรฐาน เพื่อรองรับการใช้งานระบบคลังหน่วยกิต (Credit Bank) อย่างเต็มรูปแบบในอนาคต โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก นางสาวนุชนภา รื่นอบเชย อดีตผู้อำนวยการสำนักมาตรฐานและประเมินผลอุดมศึกษา และอดีตที่ปรึกษาด้านมาตรฐานการศึกษา เป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดความรู้และเกณฑ์มาตรฐานทางวิชาการให้แก่อาารย์ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรม

ด้าน ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เดชาวุฒิ วานิชสรรพ์ กล่าวเสริมว่า การวางรากฐานระบบคลังหน่วยกิตผ่านหลักสูตรระยะสั้น จะช่วยเปิดโอกาสให้บุคคลภายนอก วัยทำงาน และนักศึกษา สามารถเข้ามาสะสมหน่วยกิตจากการเรียนรู้รูปแบบต่าง ๆ ได้ ซึ่งกองบริการการศึกษาจะทำหน้าที่ผลักดันระบบข้อมูลและเพิ่มความหลากหลายของหลักสูตรให้ครอบคลุมทักษะแห่งอนาคต

CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) commenced a specialized vocational curriculum workshop at the Siri Rambhai Barni Assembly Hall to restructure its lifelong learning framework. The training session, initiated by RBRU President Associate Professor Paiboon Sutthivattana, targets university program directors and academic instructors. The university aims to standardize internal data systems to integrate short-term professional certificates directly into Thailand′s modern non-formal education credit repositories. The instructional project, managed by the Educational Service Division under Vice President Assistant Professor Dechawut Wanichsan, focuses on creating verified operational modules for alternative learners. Former Bureau of Higher Education Education Standards Director Nuchanapa Ruenobchoey served as the primary technical consultant for the session. Ruenobchoey provided technical guidelines on structural credit bank compliance, ensuring that all newly developed short courses meet national academic evaluation criteria. "Short-term credentials provide an adaptable educational model that delivers precise, practical skill sets to match changing market demands," Sutthivattana said. "By backing these micro-credentials, the university can systematically build learning pathways tailored to different professional groups, non-traditional students, and older demographics seeking career shifts." University coordinators stated that the credit bank infrastructure will allow external professionals, industry workers, and full-time students to accumulate academic credits independently over time. The Educational Service Division will manage the systematic upload of these course structures to increase overall program diversity and target technical skills required in eastern Thailand. The structural reform aims to shift the institution toward an open-loop academic platform that services public regional development.
