<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ประชุมร่วมเทศบาลเมืองท่าช้าง นำองค์ความรู้คณาจารย์และรายวิชานักศึกษา ลงพื้นที่แก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาท้องถิ่นจันทบุรีอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม</p><p><br></p><p>จันทบุรี (25 พฤษภาคม 2569) – รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี พร้อมด้วย นายเฉลิมพล ศักดิ์คำ นายกเทศมนตรีเมืองท่าช้าง ร่วมเป็นประธานในการประชุมหารือแนวทางการพัฒนาชุมชนท้องถิ่นตำบลท่าช้าง ณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เพื่อวางกรอบความร่วมมือและกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน</p><p><br></p><p>เวทีหารือครั้งนี้เน้นการนำจุดเด่นด้านวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยมาขับเคลื่อนงานเชิงพื้นที่ โดยมีข้อสรุปในการจัดทำแนวทางบูรณาการความรู้จากคณาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และการนำกระบวนการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาต่างๆ ของนักศึกษาเข้าไปประยุกต์ใช้ในโครงการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของเทศบาลเมืองท่าช้าง ซึ่งจะช่วยตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้อย่างตรงจุด</p><p><br></p><p>รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เปิดเผยว่า มหาวิทยาลัยมุ่งมั่นที่จะนำทุนทางปัญญาและนวัตกรรมที่มีอยู่มาเชื่อมโยงกับการทำงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น การดึงองค์ความรู้ของคณาจารย์และพลังของนักศึกษาลงไปขับเคลื่อนงานร่วมกับเทศบาลเมืองท่าช้างในครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่จะช่วยแก้ปัญหาในชุมชนได้จริงเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกทักษะจากการลงมือปฏิบัติจริงในสถานการณ์จริงด้วย</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) and Tha Chang Municipality established a joint development framework on May 25, 2026, to deploy academic resources for municipal improvements in Tha Chang district. The collaborative agreement outlines plans to align university curricula and faculty research with local government public service projects.</p><p><br></p><p>Under the agreement, RBRU faculty members will provide technical expertise to municipality personnel, while undergraduate students will complete field assignments within local administrative departments. This structural integration aims to address specific municipal challenges, including infrastructural demands and community welfare programs, by utilizing university resources directly in public administration workflows.</p><p><br></p><p>"The university provides the empirical data and analytical infrastructure necessary to support provincial planning," said Associate Professor Pophand Sutthiwatthana, Acting President of RBRU. "Direct engagement with regional stakeholders allows our researchers to align academic studies with the immediate socio-economic challenges facing Chanthaburi."</p><p><br></p><p>Tha Chang Municipality will manage the field locations and provide administrative support for the incoming student groups and research teams. "Integrating academic research with local government operations increases public service efficiency," said Chalermpon Sakdi-kham, Mayor of Tha Chang Municipality. "This structured framework establishes a reliable system to improve municipal services for our residents."</p><p><br></p><p>The program marks the first formalized coordination layout between the two public institutions for the 2026 fiscal year. Administrators from both organizations plan to review the operational outcomes of the joint community development initiatives every six months to measure project efficiency and make necessary resource adjustments.</p>
