<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ประชุมร่วมหอการค้าจังหวัดจันทบุรี วางรากฐานเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์บูรพา พร้อมเตรียมจัดเวทีเสวนา "มหานครผลไม้" ยกระดับคุณภาพผลผลิตสู่สากล</p><p><br></p><p>จันทบุรี (2 มิถุนายน 2569) – รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร ร่วมประชุมหารือวาระพิเศษกับ นายอุกฤษฏ์ วงษ์ทองสาลี ประธานหอการค้าจังหวัดจันทบุรี และคณะทำงาน เพื่อเชื่อมโยงนโยบายการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ภายใต้แนวคิด "พื้นที่ชีวิตบูรพา" ณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี</p><p><br></p><p>การประชุมหารือในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อผสานความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาท้องถิ่นและภาคเอกชนในการพัฒนาจังหวัดจันทบุรีใน 4 มิติหลัก ประกอบด้วย การขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์มหานครผลไม้ (Fruit Metropolis) เพื่อยกระดับผลไม้ไทยสู่สากล การส่งเสริมเมืองอัญมณีและการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรสร้างสรรค์และอาหาร (Gastronomy Tourism) การพัฒนาระบบโลจิสติกส์เชื่อมโยงเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) และการค้าชายแดน การสนับสนุนและพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการรุ่นใหม่ (YEC) ในพื้นที่</p><p><br></p><p>ที่ประชุมได้ข้อสรุปและตรวจสอบความพร้อมขั้นสุดท้ายร่วมกันในการจัดเวทีเสวนาครั้งสำคัญ หัวข้อ “ยุทธศาสตร์จันทบุรี มหานครผลไม้” ซึ่งกำหนดจัดขึ้นในวันศุกร์ที่ 5 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 13.00-17.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมแก้ววิทยาการ ชั้น 7 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี โดยจะมีการปาฐกถาพิเศษจาก นายธวัชชัย นามสมุทร รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดจันทบุรี และกิจกรรมระดมสมองแก้ไขปัญหาผลผลิตทุเรียนและมังคุด</p><p><br></p><p>การบูรณาการยุทธศาสตร์ร่วมกันในครั้งนี้ ส่งผลลัพธ์ในการสร้างกลไกขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจฐานรากของจังหวัดจันทบุรีอย่างเป็นระบบ ช่วยเพิ่มขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันให้แก่เกษตรกรและผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีในการเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นฝั่งตะวันออก</p><div><br></div>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) administrators finalized plans on June 2, 2026, to host a joint economic forum with the Chanthaburi Chamber of Commerce. The upcoming event focus center on regional agricultural trade and infrastructure integration within eastern Thailand. Associate Professor Pophan Suttiwattana, Acting President of RBRU, structured the collaborative agenda during a strategic session with Ukrit Wongthongsali, President of the Chanthaburi Chamber of Commerce.</p><p><br></p><p>The bilateral framework outlines four primary developmental areas for Chanthaburi Province. These include the expansion of the Fruit Metropolis initiative, the promotion of gemstone logistics, the development of cross-border culinary tourism, and training support for the Young Entrepreneur Chamber. The cooperative platform intends to link university resources with commercial trade operations to bolster regional market capabilities.</p><p><br></p><p>The initial phase of this partnership involves a public forum titled Chanthaburi Fruit Metropolis Strategy, scheduled for June 5, 2026, at the RBRU campus. Chanthaburi Deputy Governor Thawatchai Namsamut will deliver a keynote address regarding regional crop management. The schedule includes workshop sessions dedicated to resolving specific supply chain disruptions impacting local durian and mangosteen yields.</p><p><br></p><p>"Our joint working committee has established a structured operational framework to connect academic research with commercial market needs," Wongthongsali said. "The June 5 assembly will serve as the baseline platform for regional growers, exporters, and state planners to implement standardized quality controls across the industry."</p><p><br></p><p>University and chamber officials verified the conference logistics at the Kaew Witthayakan conference hall following the policy adjournment. The institutional partners plan to review enrollment data from the event to guide future economic policies.</p>
