<p>อธิการบดี มรภ.รำไพพรรณี เป็นประธานประชุมอาจารย์และบุคลากรทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะและร่วมวางแนวทางการบริหารจัดการสถาบันก่อนเปิดภาคการศึกษาที่ 1/2569</p><p><br></p><p>จันทบุรี (4 มิถุนายน 2569) – รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เป็นประธานในการประชุมอาจารย์และบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัย ณ หอประชุมสิริรำไพพรรณ อาคาร 36 เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนและระบบสนับสนุนต่าง ๆ ก่อนการเปิดภาคการศึกษาที่ 1/2569 อย่างเป็นทางการ</p><p><br></p><p>การประชุมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการชี้แจงแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานและเปิดรับข้อเสนอแนะโดยมีประเด็นสำคัญ คือการเตรียมความพร้อมของหลักสูตรและคณาจารย์ผู้สอนในแต่ละสาขาวิชา การปรับปรุงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและเทคโนโลยีสนับสนุนการศึกษาภายในอาคารเรียน และการเปิดเวทีรับฟังความเห็นจากอาจารย์และบุคลากรเพื่อขับเคลื่อนนโยบายการศึกษา</p><p><br></p><p>การประชุมร่วมกันก่อนเปิดภาคการศึกษานี้ เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการตรวจสอบความพร้อมของระบบบริหารจัดการทั้งหมดของมหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งการรับฟังความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะจากบุคลากรผู้ปฏิบัติงานโดยตรง จะช่วยให้เราสามารถพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างตรงจุด</p><p><br></p><p>ผลลัพธ์จากการประชุมสร้างความเข้าใจที่ตรงกันในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรทุกคณะและกองงาน ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพการเรียนการสอนและการดูแลนักศึกษาในภาคการศึกษาใหม่นี้ สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการบริหารจัดการองค์กรแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อการพัฒนาสถาบันอุดมศึกษาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน</p>
