<p data-path-to-node="6">On June 17, 2026, the RSPG Coordination Center at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) officially convened the <b data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="129">RSPG Project Screening Committee Meeting No. 1/2026</b>. The session was held at the GSB Innovation Club Meeting Room, Building 1, RBRU. <b data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="262">Associate Professor Navee Pliaojit</b>, Vice President of RBRU, highly honored the assembly by presiding over the meeting alongside a full attendance of appointed screening committee members and research executives.</p><p data-path-to-node="7">The primary objective of this high-level meeting was to rigorously evaluate and screen academic service projects and research proposals submitted for the <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="154">Fiscal Year 2028 Budget</b>. The screening process ensures strict operational alignment with the <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="247">8th Five-Year Master Plan of the RSPG</b>, which focuses on comprehensive integration across 3 operational frameworks and 8 core activities.</p><p data-path-to-node="8">Furthermore, the committee clarified the annual operational plan criteria mandated by the RSPG Chitralada Villa Bureau, alongside targeted budget allocation workflows. This evaluation framework guarantees that all university-vetted proposals possess the readiness and efficiency required to fulfill the Royal Initiative. The filtered initiatives will operate under the Resource Learning Framework, Resource Utilization Framework, and Consciousness-Raising Framework, targeting three core foundational resource dimensions: <b data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="522">Physical Resources, Biological Resources, and Cultural & Local Wisdom Resources</b>. This systemic approach aims to maximize sustainable benefits for local communities and the nation. Following this review, RBRU will finalize and submit the approved project proposals to the RSPG Chitralada Villa Bureau for the next phase of national deliberation.</p>
