<p>จันทบุรี (22 มิถุนายน 2569) – มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดการประชุมหารือร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน รวม 12 หน่วยงาน เพื่อวางกรอบความร่วมมือเชิงพื้นที่ในการพัฒนาจังหวัดจันทบุรีสู่เมืองอัจฉริยะและเมืองสร้างสรรค์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี โดยเตรียมลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) ฉบับสมบูรณ์ภายในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2569 นี้</p><p><br></p><p>การหารือครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยภาคีเครือข่ายสำคัญ ได้แก่ สมาคมอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับจันทบุรี, เทศบาลเมืองท่าใหม่, เทศบาลตำบลช้างข้าม, เทศบาลตำบลบางกะจะ, เทศบาลตำบลวันยาว, องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโป่งน้ำร้อน, บริษัท เคเบิ้ล ซี ซีทีวี จำกัด, สถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์แห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัดจันทบุรี (NBT), สมาคมกีฬาอีสปอร์ตจังหวัดจันทบุรี, คณะกรรมการพัฒนาสตรีจังหวัดจันทบุรี, หอการค้าจังหวัดจันทบุรี และสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดจันทบุรี</p><p><br></p><p>กรอบการดำเนินงานร่วมกันมุ่งเน้นการขับเคลื่อนผ่าน 3 แกนหลักสำคัญ คือ การพัฒนานวัตกรรมและฐานข้อมูล: จัดทำระบบเทศบาลดิจิทัล (Digital Municipality) และศูนย์วิจัยท้องถิ่น เพื่อบริหารจัดการชุมชนและอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยว การยกระดับเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์: พัฒนาผู้ประกอบการรุ่นใหม่ ผลักดันซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ (Soft Power) และสร้างแพลตฟอร์มการท่องเที่ยวด้วยเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตและสิ่งแวดล้อม: ขับเคลื่อนโครงการชุมชนสีเขียว (Green Community) และระบบบริหารจัดการขยะครบวงจร พร้อมส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาลงพื้นที่เรียนรู้จริงผ่านงานบริการวิชาการ</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, or RBRU, met with 12 local government and private entities to organize a collaborative development strategy. The meeting laid the groundwork for a formal memorandum of understanding scheduled for July 2026. The coalition includes municipal offices, local business chambers, industrial councils, and media channels. The unified group aims to transform Chanthaburi into a digitally integrated smart city.</p><p><br></p><p>The partnership focuses on three core development pillars to modernize the provincial infrastructure. First, the university will assist municipalities in creating digital databases and local research centers to track tourism and community data. Second, the initiative will deploy artificial intelligence platforms to promote creative economies and local youth entrepreneurship. Finally, the project introduces green community programs to establish comprehensive waste management systems across the province.</p><p><br></p><p>Participating organizations include the Chanthaburi Gem and Jewelry Association, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Federation of Thai Industries. Multiple municipal divisions will integrate the new digital systems into their local administrations. National Broadcasting Services of Thailand and Cable C CCTV will provide media support for the provincial rollout.</p><div><br></div>
