<p>สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเร่งยกระดับเศรษฐกิจสีน้ำเงิน พัฒนากำลังคนขั้นสูงเสริมสร้างความยั่งยืนให้ชุมชนเกาะหมาก มุ่งเน้นการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรทางทะเลอย่างสมดุล</p><p><br></p><p>28-29 มีนาคม 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี นำโดย ผศ.ดร.วยากร อุดมโภชน์ หัวหน้าโครงการ และกรรมการโครงการ Reinventing University จับมือกรมทรัพยากรทางทะเลเเละชายฝั่ง มูลนิธิรักษ์ปะการัง โดยความอุปถัมภ์ของ บมจ.เอจีซีวีนิไทย อบต.เกาะหมาก โรงเรียนบ้านเกาะหมาก วิสาหกิจชุมชนท่องเที่ยวเกาะหมาก ขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสีน้ำเงินอย่างต่อเนื่อง ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาและพัฒนากำลังคนขั้นสูง (Reinventing University) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 เรื่อง การขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่สำหรับสถาบันอุดมศึกษา</p><p><br></p><p>Creative Koh Mak: การท่องเที่ยวคาร์บอนต่ำ ขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสีน้ำเงิน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อรายงานผลการดำเนินกิจกรรม และการรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากภาคีเครือข่าย ชุมชน และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำผลการสะท้อนดังกล่าวไปใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อการพัฒนาโครงการ Reinventing ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในการพัฒนาพื้นที่เกาะหมากในระยะต่อไป โดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากภาคีเครือข่ายเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้อย่างพร้อมเพรียง กิจกรรมดังกล่าวนี้เป็นการเเสดงถึงความมุ่งมั้นของมหาวิทยาลัย ในการพัฒนาชุมชนท้องถิ่น โดยเฉพาะชุมชนที่่อยู่ใกล้ชิดกับทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง ให้เกิดการสร้างงานสร้างอาชีพ และมิตอนุรักษ์และหวงแหนทรัพยากรในท้องถิ่นของตน เพื่อมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainability) ของมหาวิทยาลัยเเละเครือข่ายด้วยกัน </p>
<p>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University leads a multi-sector initiative to implement blue economy models and sustainable tourism in eastern Thailand.</p><p><br></p><p>TRAT, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) concluded a two-day strategic forum on March 29, 2026, to transition Koh Mak into a high-value, low-carbon tourism destination. The initiative, part of the 2025 Reinventing University program, coordinates efforts between the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, the Coral Restoration Foundation, and local administrative and community organizations to integrate environmental preservation with regional economic growth.</p><p><br></p><p>The project focuses on developing human capital and implementing creative economy strategies to support the "Blue Economy" framework. Project leaders reported on the progress of local workforce training and resource management systems designed to reduce carbon emissions within the tourism sector. Stakeholders from the Koh Mak Tourism Community Enterprise and local schools participated in feedback sessions to refine the next phase of the territorial development plan.</p><p><br></p><p>"This activity demonstrates a commitment to developing local communities that exist in close proximity to marine and coastal resources," said Assistant Professor Wayakorn Udomphot, head of the Reinventing University project at RBRU. "The goal is to foster a sense of local ownership and resource conservation alongside economic expansion, which remains the core of our sustainability targets."</p><p><br></p><p>By establishing systematic eco-tourism management, the partnership aims to create a replicable model for other coastal regions in Thailand. The program currently provides vocational training aligned with carbon-reduction goals to ensure that income remains within the community while protecting the marine ecosystem. Project data will be used to enhance future university-led interventions in the region.</p>
