<p>สำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดจันทบุรี ร่วมประชุมหารือเพื่อออกแบบกระบวนการจัดเวทีรับฟังความคิดเห็นในการจัดทำ แผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดจันทบุรี พ.ศ. 2570–2575 โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก อาจารย์ชัชวาลย์ มากสินธ์ ประธานสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เป็นวิทยากรกระบวนการสำหรับการจัดเวทีรับฟังความคิดเห็น ซึ่งกำหนดจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 14 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ โรงแรมบลูแรบบิท อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี</p><p><br></p><p>การหารือครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาข้อมูลเบื้องต้นและร่วมออกแบบกระบวนการเวที เพื่อส่งเสริมบรรยากาศการมีส่วนร่วม เปิดพื้นที่ให้ทุกภาคส่วนและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและสะท้อนข้อเสนอแนะ อันจะนำไปสู่การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดจันทบุรีที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทและความต้องการของพื้นที่อย่างมีส่วนร่วม</p>
<p data-path-to-node="6">The Chanthaburi Provincial Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives recently held a strategic consultation meeting to design a participatory process for upcoming public hearings regarding the <b data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="204">"Chanthaburi Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2027–2032)."</b></p><p data-path-to-node="7">The meeting was honored by the participation of <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="48">Mr. Chatchawan Maksin</b>, Chairperson of the Community Development Program at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), who served as the lead facilitator for the hearing process. The official public hearing is scheduled to be held on <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="327">July 14, 2026, at the Blue Rabbit Hotel</b>, Mueang District, Chanthaburi.</p><p data-path-to-node="8">The consultation focused on preliminary data analysis and the design of an interactive process to ensure meaningful engagement. The goal is to create a dynamic atmosphere where all stakeholders can exchange perspectives and offer constructive feedback. By fostering this collaborative environment, the province aims to develop an agricultural plan that is not only robust but also deeply aligned with local needs, regional context, and sustainable development goals.</p>
