<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px;">(17 ก.ค. 69 ณ ห้องประชุม 35412 ชั้น 4 อาคาร 35) สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จัดประชุมคณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุและผู้ควบคุมงานสำหรับการประกวดราคาจ้างปรับปรุงหอสมุดกลาง จำนวน 1 งาน ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ครั้งที่ 1/2569 โดยมีผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ปฏิคม ทองจริง รองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เป็นประธานในที่ประชุม หารือร่วมกันกับ บริษัท ที.เค. คอนสตรัค อินโนเวชั่น จำกัด ผู้รับจ้างตามสัญญา โดยได้มีการร่วมพิจารณาอนุมัติวัสดุเหล็กเสริมคอนกรีตสั่งให้ผู้รับจ้างปรับแก้แผนงานก่อสร้างที่กำหนดวันเสร็จไม่ตรงตามสัญญา และเตรียมหารือผู้ออกแบบเพื่อแก้ไขความคลาดเคลื่อนของแบบแปลนโครงสร้างร่วมกัน </p>
<p data-path-to-node="3">On July 17, 2026, at the Room 35412 (4th Floor, Building 35), the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) convened a meeting of the procurement and inspection committee, along with project supervisors, for the Central Library Renovation Project (e-bidding contract No. 1/2026).</p><p data-path-to-node="4">Assistant Professor Patikom Thongjing, Vice President of RBRU, chaired the meeting, which included representatives from the contractor, T.K. Construction Innovation Co., Ltd. Key outcomes and discussions from the meeting included:</p><ul data-path-to-node="5"><li><p data-path-to-node="5,0,0"><b data-path-to-node="5,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Material Approval:</b> The committee reviewed and approved the technical specifications for the reinforced concrete steel materials.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="5,1,0"><b data-path-to-node="5,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Schedule Adjustment:</b> The committee instructed the contractor to revise the construction work plan, citing discrepancies between the current timeline and the contractual completion date.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="5,2,0"><b data-path-to-node="5,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Design Alignment:</b> Plans were made to consult with the project designers to resolve inconsistencies found in the structural blueprints.</p></li></ul><p data-path-to-node="6">The meeting ensured that all parties remain aligned on quality and timeline standards, reinforcing the university′s commitment to completing the library renovation efficiently and effectively.</p>
