วันพุธที่ 16 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2569 ณ ห้องประชุม GSB INNOVATION CLUB ชั้น 1 อาคาร 1 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี สำนักบริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีร่วมกับธนาคารออมสิน จัดกิจกรรม “เสนอผลสัมฤทธิ์ของนักศึกษาภายใต้โครงการออมสินยุวพัฒน์รักษ์ถิ่น ปี 2569” เพื่อรายงานผลการดำเนินโครงการของทีมนักศึกษา เผยแพร่ผลสัมฤทธิ์จากการดำเนินงาน ตลอดจนนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับการพัฒนาภายใต้โครงการฯ พร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้นำเสนอแนวคิด กระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และผลการดำเนินงานต่อคณะกรรมการ

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์นาวี เปลี่ยวจิตร์ รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน พร้อมด้วยคุณวิชญพัฒน์ ยิ้มถนอม ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายฯ หน่วยพัฒนาลูกค้าองค์กรชุมชน 2 ธนาคารออมสินสำนักงานใหญ่ คุณวนิดา วโรดม ผู้อำนวยการเขต ธนาคารออมสินเขตจันทบุรี และคุณนธพล ปานธานี ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการภาค ธนาคารออมสินภาค 15 หน่วยพัฒนาสังคมและชุมชนเข้าร่วมกล่าวเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรม และร่วมเป็นคณะกรรมการพิจารณาผลการดำเนินงานของทีมนักศึกษา

สำหรับผลงานที่นำเสนอในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ “การยกระดับผลิตภัณฑ์แกงหมูชะมวงสู่ตลาดสากล” ของวิสาหกิจชุมชนแม่บ้านตะปอนน้อย ตำบลตะปอน อำเภอขลุง จังหวัดจันทบุรี ภายใต้ทีม “หมูชะมาว หมูชะมวง” ซึ่งมุ่งนำภูมิปัญญาด้านอาหารพื้นบ้านและวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่นมาต่อยอดและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้บริโภคในปัจจุบัน โดยแกงหมูชะมวงเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่สะท้อนวิถีชีวิตและภูมิปัญญาของคนในชุมชนได้อย่างชัดเจน ทั้งนี้ การดำเนินงานภายใต้โครงการฯ มุ่งยกระดับผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีความพร้อมทั้งด้าน บรรจุภัณฑ์ การตลาด และช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย ควบคู่กับการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพของชุมชนผ่านการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และแนวทางด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยภายในกิจกรรมยังมีพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรให้แก่กลุ่มองค์กรชุมชน กลุ่มทีมนักศึกษา และอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา เพื่อแสดงถึงความร่วมมือและผลสำเร็จจากการดำเนินโครงการ

On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at the GSB Innovation Club Meeting Room on the 1st floor of Building 1, the Academic Services Office at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), in collaboration with the Government Savings Bank (GSB), hosted the "2026 GSB Youth Local Developer Project Student Achievement Presentation" event. The program was designed to report project progress, disseminate achievement outcomes, and showcase products developed under the initiative, providing student teams with a platform to present their developmental processes and results before an evaluation committee. The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Nawee Pliewjit, Vice President of RBRU. Distinguished representatives from the Government Savings Bank also joined to deliver remarks and serve on the evaluation panel, including Mr. Wichayaphat Yimthanom (Assistant Director of Community Enterprise Customer Development Unit 2, GSB Headquarters), Ms. Wanida Varodom (Director of GSB Chanthaburi Area), and Mr. Natthapon Panthani (Assistant Director of GSB Region 15, Social and Community Development Unit). Among the highlighted projects was "Elevating Moo Chamuang Curry to the Global Market," presented by the "Moo Chamaw Moo Chamuang" student team in partnership with the Tapon Noi Housewife Community Enterprise in Tapon Sub-district, Khlung District, Chanthaburi Province. The project aimed to transform local culinary heritage and regional ingredients into market-ready products aligned with contemporary consumer demands, as Moo Chamuang curry strongly reflects local wisdom and regional lifestyle. The initiative focused on upgrading product packaging, marketing strategies, and distribution channels while transferring product development knowledge to empower the local community. The event concluded with a certificate presentation ceremony honoring community organizations, student teams, and faculty advisors to celebrate their collaborative success.
