<p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><b>ราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จับมือการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค ลงนามโครงการติดตั้ง Solar Rooftop เดินหน้าสู่มหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียว ประหยัดพลังงานกว่า 5 แสนบาทต่อปี ชูธงนโยบายรัฐบาล ลดใช้พลังงาน-ลดโลกร้อน</b></p><p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;">มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมกับ การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (PEA) ลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ โครงการจัดการพลังงานไฟฟ้าจากระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์บนหลังคา (Solar Rooftop) ภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ณ ห้องประชุมสามศร อาคารสำนักงานอธิการบดี<br><br>โดย ผศ.ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี และ คุณประสิทธิ์ จันทร์ประสิทธิ์ รองผู้ว่าการสายงานธุรกิจและการตลาด PEA ร่วมลงนามในพิธี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารทั้งสองหน่วยงาน<br><br>โครงการนี้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของรัฐบาลในการส่งเสริมการใช้พลังงานทดแทน ลดการพึ่งพาพลังงานฟอสซิล และลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุสำคัญของภาวะโลกร้อน โดยมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เล็งเห็นความสำคัญในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม จึงได้ร่วมมือกับ PEA ในการติดตั้ง Solar Rooftop เพื่อผลิตไฟฟ้าใช้เองภายในมหาวิทยาลัย<br><br>PEA ได้นำเสนอรูปแบบการติดตั้งแบบ ESCO Model (Guaranteed Rebate) ซึ่งจะช่วยให้มหาวิทยาลัยประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านพลังงานไฟฟ้าได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 500,000 บาทต่อปี นอกจากนี้ ยังช่วยลดปริมาณการใช้ไฟฟ้าจากระบบของ PEA ส่งผลให้ลดการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ เป็นการช่วยลดมลพิษทางอากาศ และสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้กับมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็น "มหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียว" ที่ใส่ใจสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างยั่งยืน</p>

The partnership was formalized through a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signing ceremony held at the university′s administration building.<br><br>The MOU was signed by Asst. Prof. Waigoon Tongaram, President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University and Mr.Prasit Chanprasit, Deputy Governor for Business and Marketing, Provincial Electricity Authority. with key executives from both organizations in attendance. This initiative aligns with the Thai government′s policy to promote renewable energy, reduce reliance on fossil fuels, and mitigate greenhouse gas emissions, which are major contributors to global warming.<br><br>RBRU recognizes the critical importance of environmental conservation and has partnered with PEA to install solar rooftops across its campus. This will enable the university to generate its own clean energy, reducing its carbon footprint and promoting sustainability.<br><br>PEA proposed the ESCO Model (Guaranteed Rebate) for the project, which will allow RBRU to save at least 500,000 baht annually on electricity costs. This initiative will also reduce the strain on PEA′s grid, further contributing to environmental protection.<br><br>The solar rooftop project is a testament to RBRU′s commitment to becoming a "Green University" and its dedication to environmental stewardship.
