ต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารกองทุนพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์

อธิการบดีให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารกองทุนพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ ตามโครงการสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์สัญจร สู่การขยายผลการเฝ้าระวังสื่อที่ไม่ปลอดภัยและไม่สร้างสรรค์ สำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน 5 ภูมิภาคเมื่อวันที่ 2 พฤษภาคม 2568 ณ ห้องประชุมลานสน ชั้น 7 อาคารสำนักงานอธิการบดี (อาคาร 36) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดี พร้อมด้วยอาจารย์ ดร.ภูริพัฒน์ แก้วตาธนวัฒนา คณบดีคณะนิเทศศาสตร์ และคณะผู้บริหาร ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะทำงานจากกองทุนพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ นำโดย ดร.ชำนาญ งามมณีอุดม รองผู้จัดการกองทุนฯ และนางสาวพัชรพร พงษ์ทัดศิริกุล ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันและเฝ้าระวังสื่อการต้อนรับในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อร่วมประชุมและดำเนินการตัดสินการประกวดภาพยนตร์สั้น ภายใต้โครงการสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์สัญจร สู่การขยายผลการเฝ้าระวังสื่อที่ไม่ปลอดภัยและไม่สร้างสรรค์ สำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน 5 ภูมิภาค ในหัวข้อ "เยาวชนสร้างสรรค์สื่อ สื่อสร้างสรรค์ชุมชน" ปีที่ 2ที่ผ่านมา คณะนิเทศศาสตร์ มรภ.รำไพพรรณี และกองทุนพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ ได้ลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือในการดำเนินโครงการเพื่อสร้างสรรค์สื่อปลอดภัย โดยมีกิจกรรมหลักคือ การอบรมให้ความรู้ด้านทักษะความรู้เท่าทันสื่อแก่เด็กและเยาวชน รวมถึงการส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนและนักศึกษาสามารถผลิตสื่อที่มีความปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ได้ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดี มรภ.รำไพพรรณี กล่าวว่า "มหาวิทยาลัยมีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารจากกองทุนพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ และร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการขับเคลื่อนโครงการที่มีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชนให้เติบโตในสภาพแวดล้อมของสื่อที่ดี การที่มหาวิทยาลัยของเราเป็นต้นแบบในการสร้างเครือข่ายเชิงพื้นที่และขยายผลไปยังภูมิภาคอื่นๆ ถือเป็นความภาคภูมิใจและตอกย้ำบทบาทของเราในการเป็นแหล่งความรู้และสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคม"ทั้งนี้ มรภ.รำไพพรรณี เป็นต้นแบบในการสร้างเครือข่ายเชิงพื้นที่ และขยายผลไปยังพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก รวมทั้งภูมิภาคอื่นๆ ภายใต้การให้คำปรึกษาของสำนักรับเรื่องร้องเรียนและคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในกิจการโทรคมนาคม สำนักงาน กสทช. ผู้สนใจสามารถติดตามกิจกรรมและผลการดำเนินงานของโครงการได้ทางความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ เป็นหนึ่งในบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ในการเป็นแหล่งความรู้ สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม และเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการพัฒนาสังคม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการส่งเสริมให้เยาวชนมีความรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสามารถผลิตสื่อที่ดีเพื่อสร้างสรรค์ชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน

Chanthaburi, Thailand – May 2, 2025 – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University welcomed key executives from the Thai Media Fund for Safety and Creativity today to advance the "Safe and Creative Media Literacy Project," aimed at expanding the monitoring of unsafe and uncreative media for children and youth across five regions of Thailand. The meeting, held at the Lanson Meeting Room, 7th Floor, Office of the President Building (Building 36), RBRU, was attended by Assistant Professor "Waigoon Thongaram, President of RBRU; Puripat Kaewtawattana, Ph.D. Dean of Faculty of Communication Arts; and other university administrators. The Media Fund delegation was led by Dr. Chamnan Ngammaneeudom, Deputy Manager of the Thai Media Fund for Safety and Creativity, and Ms. Patcharaporn Pongthatthasirikul, Director of the Media Literacy and Monitoring Promotion Division. The primary purpose of the gathering was to conduct the final judging for the short film competition under the "Safe and Creative Media Literacy Project," themed "Youth Create Media, Media Creates Community," now in its second year. Previously, the Faculty of Communication Arts at RBRU and the Thai Media Fund signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on this crucial project. Key activities include providing media literacy skills training to children and youth and empowering students to produce safe and creative media content. Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University serves as a regional hub, establishing a network in the eastern region and extending its reach to other parts of Thailand, with guidance from the Office of Complaints and Consumer Protection in the Telecommunications Industry (OCCT), under the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC). Assistant Professor Waikun Thongaram, President of RBRU, stated, "The university is honored to host the executives from the Thai Media Fund and to play a vital role in driving this significant project for the development of children and youth in a positive media environment. Our university′s role as a model for establishing a regional network and expanding its impact to other regions underscores our commitment to being a source of knowledge and fostering innovation for society." Dr. Chamnan Ngammaneeudom, Deputy Manager of the Thai Media Fund for Safety and Creativity, commented, "The collaboration with Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University is a crucial step in expanding the Safe and Creative Media Literacy Project to the regional level. With the strong capabilities of the Faculty of Communication Arts, the university will be instrumental in raising awareness and promoting the production of good media among young people effectively." Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University′s role as a regional hub and its expansion efforts across the eastern region and beyond, with consultation from the OCCT, NBTC, underscores the university′s dedication to being a source of knowledge, fostering innovation, and serving as a key mechanism for societal development, particularly in empowering youth with media literacy and the ability to create positive media for community enrichment and sustainable development.
