<p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><b>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมกับสำนักงานปศุสัตว์จันทบุรี ให้บริการทำหมัน ฉีดวัคซีนสัตว์เลี้ยงในพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัย และสร้างการตระหนักรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงสัตว์ในมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างเป็นระบบ</b></p><p class="txtcontent" style="font-size: calc(0.6vh + 0.3vmin + 0.6vw); line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Noto Sans Thai", sans-serif; text-align: justify;">20 มิถุนายน 2568 ที่โรงยิมอเนกประสงค์ สำนักงานอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมกับสำนักงานปศุสัตว์จันทบุรี และเจ้าหน้าที่ในสังกัด ดำเนินการทำหมันสุนัขและแมว รวมถึงฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าภายในพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมให้คำแนะนำแก่ประชาชนในการเลี้ยงสัตว์ การดูแลสวัสดิภาพสัตว์ การป้องกันตนเองและสัตว์เลี้ยงจากโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าภายในมหาวิทยาลัย<br><br>ความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและปศุสัตว์จังหวัดจันทบุรีในครั้งนี้มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อการควบคุมประชากรสัตว์อย่างมีมนุษยธรรม ลดปัญหาการเพิ่มขึ้นของสัตว์จรจัด ซึ่งนำไปสู่ปัญหาสุขภาพสัตว์ การขาดแคลนอาหาร และพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวที่อาจเป็นอันตรายต่อคนในชุมชนได้ ส่งผลให้สัตว์มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นและมีอายุยืนยาวขึ้น นอกจากนี้การฉีดวัคซีนเป็นการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันให้สัตว์ เป็นการสร้างเกราะป้องกันให้กับนักศึกษาและบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยโดยรวม</p>

The campaign, expertly managed by staff from the Chanthaburi Provincial Livestock Office and their dedicated personnel, also offered valuable guidance to the community on proper pet care, animal welfare, and effective self-protection against rabies. This collaboration is paramount for humane animal population control, reducing the proliferation of stray animals that often face health issues, food scarcity, and aggressive behaviors potentially endangering the community. Sterilization also significantly lowers the risk of reproductive diseases in animals, such as tumors or cancer, thereby improving their quality of life and extending their lifespan.
