สำนักบริการวิชาการ ร่วมกิจกรรม “ดูแลทะเลที่หล่อเลี้ยงเรา” เนื่องในวันทะเลโลก สร้างจิตสำนึกต่อความสำคัญของทะเลในฐานะแหล่งหล่อเลี้ยงชีวิต8 มิถุนายน 2568 สำนักบริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี นำโดย ผศ.ดร.ชุตาภา คุณสุข และ อาจารย์ ดร.สมพงษ์ เส้งมณีย์ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักบริการวิชาการ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม “ดูแลทะเลที่หล่อเลี้ยงเรา: Sustaining What Sustain Us” เนื่องในโอกาส วันทะเลโลก (World Ocean Day) ณ อัยยะปุระ รีสอร์ท เกาะช้าง จังหวัดตราด งานนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก นายณัฐพงษ์ สงวนจิตร ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดตราด และ นายเผด็จ ลายทอง รองอธิบดีกรมทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง เป็นประธานเปิดงาน พร้อมด้วยตัวแทนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน องค์กรชุมชน นักเรียน นักศึกษา และภาคประชาสังคมเข้าร่วมอย่างคึกคัก กิจกรรมในงานประกอบด้วย การบรรยายพิเศษเกี่ยวกับ BCG Economy Model (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในระดับท้องถิ่น , การส่งเสริมแนวคิด EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ผลิตในการจัดการขยะทะเล , การจัดนิทรรศการให้ความรู้ด้านทรัพยากรทางทะเลและแนวทางลดก๊าซเรือนกระจก , พิธีลงนาม บันทึกข้อตกลง (MOU) ความร่วมมือ "เลิกใช้พลาสติกแบบใช้ครั้งเดียว" บนเกาะช้าง , กิจกรรมจิตอาสา เก็บขยะชายหาด ป่าชายเลน และแนวปะการัง บริเวณโดยรอบกว่า 30 เกาะในจังหวัดตราด , การแสดงจากเยาวชนท้องถิ่นสะท้อนความผูกพันกับทะเล และการอนุรักษ์ และกิจกรรมเวิร์กช็อป DIY เปลี่ยนขยะพลาสติกเป็นของใช้รีไซเคิล พร้อมพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์ให้เด็กและเยาวชนร่วมเรียนรู้ สำหรับกิจกรรม “ดูแลทะเลที่หล่อเลี้ยงเรา” มุ่งเน้นการสร้างจิตสำนึกต่อความสำคัญของทะเลในฐานะแหล่งหล่อเลี้ยงชีวิต พร้อมขับเคลื่อนการมีส่วนร่วมทุกภาคส่วนในการจัดการขยะทะเลและทรัพยากรทางทะเลอย่างยั่งยืน ตามเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน SDG 14: Life Below Water

TRAT, Thailand – On June 8, 2025, the Office of Academic Services at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chutapa Kunsuk and Lecturer Dr. Sompong Saengmanee, Deputy Director of the Office of Academic Services, actively participated in the "Sustaining What Sustains Us" event in celebration of World Oceans Day. Held at Aiyapura Resort, Koh Chang, Trat Province, this event was a pivotal step in raising awareness and driving marine conservation efforts, aligning perfectly with the university′s vision of fostering knowledge and innovation for sustainable local development. The event commenced with distinguished guests, including Mr. Natthapong Sanguanjit, Governor of Trat Province, and Mr. Padet Laithong, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR), presiding over the opening ceremony. Their presence, alongside enthusiastic participation from government agencies, private sectors, community organizations, students, and civil society, underscored the collective power of collaboration towards preserving marine ecosystems. The day′s agenda featured a diverse array of engaging activities. A special lecture on the BCG Economy Model (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) promoted sustainable local development, demonstrating practical applications of knowledge. The event also highlighted the concept of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in marine waste management. Educational exhibitions further enhanced understanding of marine resources and greenhouse gas reduction strategies, inspiring participants with actionable insights. A significant moment was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the "Phasing Out Single-Use Plastics" initiative on Koh Chang, signifying a concrete commitment to change. This was complemented by a volunteer cleanup effort spanning over 30 islands around Trat province, targeting beaches, mangrove forests, and coral reefs, showcasing hands-on dedication to environmental stewardship. Local youth performances reflecting their connection to the ocean and conservation efforts added a unique cultural dimension, while a DIY workshop transformed plastic waste into recycled items, providing a creative learning space for children and young people. This event profoundly emphasized the ocean′s vital role as a source of life and spurred multifaceted engagement in sustainable marine waste and resource management. It directly contributes to SDG 14: Life Below Water, a key Sustainable Development Goal to which Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University remains committed and considers a core part of its mission.
