มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมกิจกรรมวันทะเลโลก (World Oceans Day) ณ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้บ้านเกาะจิก จังหวัดจันทบุรี เพื่อฟื้นฟูสภาพแวดล้อมทางทะเลแบบบูรณาการครบวงจร รักษาสมดุลให้กับระบบนิเวศเกาะและทะเล8 มิถุนายน 2568 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมเปิดกิจกรรมวันทะเลโลก (World Oceans Day) ณ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้บ้านเกาะจิก ตำบลบางชัน อำเภอขลุง จังหวัดจันทบุรี งานนี้เป็นการดำเนินงานภายใต้โครงการ 30+Islands Clean Up: So Cool Mission 2025 โดยกรมทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง พิธีเปิดได้รับเกียรติจากนายจักรพงษ์ พันธุ์โชติ นายอำเภอขลุง ร่วมด้วยนายฐิติพันธ์ อมรเบญรัตน์ ผู้ใหญ่บ้านเกาะจิก , นางสาวนิรดา วิเศษศรี ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์อนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเล จังหวัดจันทบุรี กิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการบรรยายหัวข้อ การบริหารจัดการขยะทะเลภายในชุมชน โดยนายอนุชา มะโนรา ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านเกาะจิก , การบรรยายหัวข้อ การขับเคลื่อนการใช้สื่อสาธารณะเพื่อสนับสนุนการท่องเที่ยวที่ยั่งยืนของชุมชนเกาะจิก โดย ดร.เหมือนฝัน คงสมแสวง อาจารย์ประจำคณะนิเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี , การบรรยายจากผู้นำชุมชน เกี่ยวกับบ้านตัวอย่างกับการคัดแยกขยะชุมชนเกาะจิก โดยนายฐิติพันธ์ อมรเบญรัตน์ ผู้ใหญ่บ้านเกาะจิก และนายณรงค์ชัย เหมสุวรรณ อดีตผู้ใหญ่บ้าน นอกจากนี้ยังมีพิธีรับมอบอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บขยะให้แก่ชุมชน โดยนายสาวจิรยา ประพรต จากเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านความยั่งยืนทางทะเล สำนักปฏิบัติการความยั่งยืนทางทะเล ปิดท้ายด้วยกิจกรรมเก็บขยะบริเวณชายหาดและชุมชน เพื่อนำมาคัดแยกตามแบบฟอร์ม ICC Data Card ของกรมทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง สำหรับโครงการ 30+Islands Clean Up: So Cool Mission 2025 นั้น จัดโดยสถาบันสิ่งแวดล้อมไทย ร่วมกับกรมทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง , กรมการท่องเที่ยว , เครือข่ายเกาะยั่งยืนประเทศไทยและภาคีพันธมิตรเครือข่ายเกาะฯ ร่วมกิจกรรมฟื้นฟูสภาพแวดล้อมทางทะเลแบบบูรณาการครบวงจร เพื่อรักษาสมดุลให้กับระบบนิเวศเกาะและทะเล พลิกโฉมการท่องเที่ยวไทย สู่การท่องเที่ยวที่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม การท่องเที่ยวคาร์บอนสุทธิเป็นศูนย์

CHANTHABURI, Thailand – RBRU recently played a pivotal role in the World Oceans Day celebration on June 8, 2025, at the Koh Jik Learning Center in Khlung District, Chanthaburi Province. This significant event, part of the "30+Islands Clean Up: So Cool Mission 2025" project led by the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR), underscored the university′s commitment to integrated marine environmental restoration and maintaining ecological balance for islands and coastal areas. This initiative directly aligns with the university′s vision of being a leading source of knowledge and innovation for sustainable local development. The opening ceremony was graced by Mr. Jakraphong Phanchote, Khlung District Chief, alongside Mr. Thitiphan Amornbenjarat, Village Head of Koh Chik, and Ms. Nirada Wisetsri, Director of the Chanthaburi Marine Resources Conservation Center. Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University actively contributed to the event through expert presentations and community engagement. Notably, Dr. Mueanfun Kongsomsa-nga, a lecturer from the Faculty of Communication Arts, delivered an insightful session on "Driving the Use of Public Media to Support Sustainable Tourism in Koh Chik Community," highlighting the power of communication in fostering environmental responsibility. The "30+Islands Clean Up: So Cool Mission 2025" project is a robust collaboration orchestrated by the Thailand Environment Institute, in partnership with the DMCR, the Department of Tourism, the Sustainable Island Network Thailand, and other key allies. This collective effort aims to achieve comprehensive marine environmental restoration, preserve the delicate balance of island and marine ecosystems, and transform Thai tourism into a socially and environmentally responsible, carbon-neutral endeavor.
