มรภ.รำไพพรรณี ปั้นผู้นำแห่งอนาคต พลิกโฉมองค์กรสู่ยุคดิจิทัล

สำนักงานอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ตอกย้ำวิสัยทัศน์ "แหล่งเรียนรู้ สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม นำการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน" ด้วยการพัฒนาผู้บริหารระดับกลางและต้นสู่ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ เตรียมพร้อมขับเคลื่อนองค์กรให้ก้าวสู่ความสำเร็จในยุคดิจิทัลอย่างมั่นคง ผ่านโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ Transformational Leadership ณ เจ้าหลาวคาบาน่า รีสอร์ท อำเภอท่าใหม่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี ระหว่างวันที่ 7-8 กรกฎาคม 2568 นี้ นางสาวกาญจนา ตรีรัตน์ รักษาการผู้อำนวยการกองกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี กล่าวเปิดการอบรมและเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของโครงการนี้ว่า "โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ Transformational Leadership พัฒนาภาวะผู้นำระดับกลางและระดับต้น ถือเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่สำคัญในการสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงบวกให้กับบุคลากรรุ่นใหม่ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการปลูกฝังแนวคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่นำไปสู่การปฏิบัติงานจริง กรอบความคิดแบบพัฒนาได้ (Growth Mindset) และความสามารถในการจัดการอารมณ์ ซึ่งทักษะเหล่านี้จะได้รับการฝึกฝนอย่างเข้มข้นผ่านกระบวนการเวิร์คช็อปตลอดระยะเวลา 2 วันเต็ม เราเชื่อมั่นว่าการลงทุนในการพัฒนาผู้นำของเราในวันนี้ จะเป็นรากฐานสำคัญที่ช่วยขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยให้บรรลุเป้าหมายองค์กรสมรรถนะสูง และตอบสนองต่อพลวัตของโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว" ด้านอาจารย์นิคม อ่อนละมัย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ สำนักพัฒนามาตรฐานแรงงาน กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน กระทรวงแรงงาน วิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้กล่าวถึงบริบทของภาวะผู้นำกับการบริหารองค์กรในยุคปัจจุบันว่า "องค์กรในวันนี้จำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงและพัฒนาให้ทันโลก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) มาเป็นหนึ่งในเครื่องมือสำคัญสู่ความสำเร็จ การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ยุคดิจิทัลคือกุญแจสำคัญ และความท้าทายอยู่ที่ผู้บริหารจะสามารถรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงนี้ได้อย่างไร การอบรมครั้งนี้จึงถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพและเตรียมความพร้อมให้ผู้บริหารของเราสามารถนำพามหาวิทยาลัยก้าวไปข้างหน้าได้อย่างแข็งแกร่ง" โครงการนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีในการยกระดับขีดความสามารถของบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม และนำการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน ผู้ที่สนใจสามารถติดตามกิจกรรมและโครงการพัฒนาบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยได้ทางเว็บไซต์อย่างเป็นทางการของมหาวิทยาลัย และช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียต่างๆ ด้วยความสำเร็จที่ผ่านมาในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและงานวิจัยที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของชุมชน รวมถึงการได้รับการยอมรับในระดับประเทศจากผลงานด้านการบริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีจึงมุ่งมั่นที่จะรักษามาตรฐานความเป็นเลิศและเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งให้กับบุคลากรอย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง เพื่อเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการเป็น "แหล่งเรียนรู้ สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม และนำการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน" อย่างแท้จริง #อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ #ภาวะผู้นำ #ผู้นำยุคใหม่ #SDG04 #SDG08 #SDG09 #RBRU #รำไพพรรณี #จันทบุรี
