มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี สืบสานวัฒนธรรมองค์กร จัดงาน "ด้วยรักและผูกพันในวันเกษียณ" ประจำปี 2568มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดงานด้วยรักและผูกพันในวันเกษียณ ประจำปี 2568 โดยมีผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดีเป็นประธานในพิธี ซึ่งในปีนี้มีผู้เกษียณอายุราชการจำนวน 18 คน โดยเป็นข้าราชการ 5 คน ได้แก่ นางสาวอรสา อ่อนถาวร, นางสิริลักษณ์ เจริญสุข, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สิทธิพัฒน์ แผ้วฉ่ำ, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สวัสดิ์ชัย ศรีพนมธนากร, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์จิตติมา สิงหธรรม, ลูกจ้างประจำ 3 คน ได้แก่ นายดำรงรค์รักษ์ ธุรี, นายสมศักดิ์ แดงเปี่ยม, นางสาวฉวีวรรณ รัตนมิตร, พนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยสายสนับสนุน 9 คน ได้แก่ นายชำนาญ จันทรามาตร, นางจิราพัชร บุญเพิ่ม, นางดนุลดา พันธ์เพ็ง, นางสาวตั้ว ตาช้าง, นายทองดี ยินดีจันทร์, นางน้ำตาล ดวงเดือน, นางวาสนา สุทธิสวัสดิ์, นางสาววิไล พ่อค้า, นางสาวสุดใจ ผลพฤกษา และลูกจ้างชาวต่างประเทศ ได้แก่ Mr. Richard Niell Winfield Jr. ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดี ได้กล่าวถึงกิจกรรมนี้ว่า “การจัดงานมุทิตาจิตในปีนี้ประสบความสำเร็จอย่างสูงในด้านการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจ รวมถึงการสานสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นในองค์กร เราไม่เพียงแต่แสดงความขอบคุณอย่างสุดซึ้งต่อผู้เกษียณอายุราชการทั้ง 18 ท่าน ที่ได้ร่วมกันสร้างรากฐานของสถาบันให้เป็น แหล่งความรู้ ที่มั่นคงและเชื่อถือได้ แต่ยังเป็นการตอกย้ำความมุ่งมั่นของเราในการรักษาวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ดีงาม ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของการ พัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน ผ่านการส่งต่อประสบการณ์อันล้ำค่า กิจกรรมปลูกต้นไม้ที่จัดขึ้นเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของการสืบทอดความหวังและมรดกทางสิ่งแวดล้อมให้แก่บุคลากรรุ่นใหม่ได้ดูแลต่อไป” ทั้งนี้การจัดงานดังกล่าวมีกิจกรรมที่สำคัญ อาทิ พิธีถวายราชสักการะพระบรมราชินยานุสาวรีย์สมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินีในรัชกาลที่ 7 และศาลพ่อปู่โป่งลาน พิธีเจริญพระพุทธมนต์และถวายภัตตาหารเพล พิธีมุทิตาจิตแด่ผู้เกษียณอายุราชการ กิจกรรมปลูกต้นไม้ และงานมุทิตาจิตแก่ผู้เกษียณอายุราชการ

September 26 - Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University recently hosted a heartfelt and honorable ceremony, "Retirement Day 2025," to express deep gratitude and respect for 18 staff members completing their dedicated service this year. The auspicious occasion began with reverence, including a homage-paying ceremony to the Queen Rambhai Barni Monument and Pu Pong Lan Shrine, followed by a merit-making ceremony and offering of lunch to monks. The main event was the spiritual honoring ceremony (Muthita Chit) for the retirees, presided over by Assistant Professor Waikoon Thong-aram, Rector. A key symbolic activity was the tree planting ceremony, which emphasized the passing on of the university′s legacy of sustainability and environmental stewardship from one generation to the next. Commenting on the success of the event, Asst. Prof. Waigoon Tongaram President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University stated: "This retirement ceremony was highly successful in boosting morale and strengthening bonds within the organization. We not only express our deepest gratitude to all 18 retiring personnel who helped build the foundation of this institution as a secure and reliable Source of Knowledge, but it also reiterates our commitment to maintaining excellent organizational culture, which is the crucial base for Sustainable Local Development through the transfer of invaluable experience. The tree planting activity held symbolizes the passing on of hope and environmental heritage for the next generation of personnel to care for."
