<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่มาตรฐานสากล เข้ารับการตรวจประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับส่วนงานตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ประจำปี 2569 เพื่อวิเคราะห์จุดแข็งและโอกาสในการพัฒนา สร้างกลไกการบริหารจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน</p><p><br></p><p>วันที่ 19 มกราคม 2569 คณะกรรมการตรวจประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับส่วนงานตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx ประจำปี 2569 ได้เข้าดำเนินการตรวจประเมินมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์เชิญโชค ศรขวัญ จากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ทำหน้าที่ประธานคณะกรรมการตรวจประเมิน พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ซึ่งมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากร ให้การต้อนรับและนำเสนอข้อมูลการดำเนินงาน</p><p><br></p><p>สำหรับการตรวจประเมินในปีแรกนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยได้มุ่งเน้นการวางรากฐานและพัฒนาตามแนวทางข้อกำหนดพื้นฐานของเกณฑ์ EdPEx ทั้ง 7 หมวด ประกอบด้วย การนำองค์กร, กลยุทธ์, ลูกค้า, การวัด วิเคราะห์ และการจัดการความรู้, บุคลากร, ระบบปฏิบัติการ และผลลัพธ์ โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างระบบการทำงานที่สอดประสานกันทั่วทั้งองค์กร</p><p><br></p><p>ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ไวกูณฑ์ ทองอร่าม อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เปิดเผยว่า การนำเกณฑ์ EdPEx มาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการสำรวจตัวเอง จะช่วยให้มหาวิทยาลัยมองเห็นภาพรวมของการบริหารจัดการที่ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น ข้อมูลจากการประเมินครั้งนี้จะถูกนำไปปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานในทุกมิติ เพื่อตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของนักศึกษาและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียอย่างตรงจุด โดยเป้าหมายสูงสุดคือการยกระดับคุณภาพสถานศึกษาให้เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นและสร้างบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพสู่สังคม</p><p><br></p><p>ผลการประเมินในภาพรวมได้รับคะแนนที่ 216.75 สะท้อนให้เห็นว่า มหาวิทยาลัยมีความตั้งใจในการพัฒนาการรายงานผลที่ตอบสนองต่อข้อกำหนดพื้นฐานในระดับเริ่มต้น ซึ่งคณะกรรมการได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาเชิงกลยุทธ์ เพื่อให้มหาวิทยาลัยสามารถเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันและสร้างผลลัพธ์การดำเนินงานที่เป็นเลิศได้ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้นในระยะยาว</p><p><br></p><p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ยังคงยึดมั่นในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยมุ่งหวังว่าการปรับปรุงกระบวนการตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx จะส่งผลให้เกิดนวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการที่ทันสมัย สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์การเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นที่เข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand – January 19, 2026</p><p><br></p><p>Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) has officially undergone its 2026 Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) assessment, signaling a strategic shift toward international management standards. The evaluation aims to identify organizational strengths and development opportunities to foster a more efficient and sustainable administrative framework.</p><p><br></p><p>The assessment was led by Assistant Professor Chernchok Sornkhwan from the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, who served as the chairman of the subcommittee. Assistant Professor Waikoon Thongaram, President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, along with senior executives and staff, welcomed the committee and presented the university’s operational data at the Samsorn Meeting Room.</p><p><br></p><p>During this initial year of implementation, RBRU focused on building a foundational understanding across the seven EdPEx categories: Leadership, Strategy, Customers, Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management, Workforce, Operations, and Results. The objective is to create a synchronized working system that aligns all departments with the university’s overarching goals.</p><p><br></p><p>"Adopting the EdPEx criteria serves as a vital self-assessment tool, providing a clearer overview of our management health," said Assistant Professor Waigoon Thongaram. "The data obtained from this evaluation will be utilized to refine our processes across all dimensions, ensuring we meet the specific needs of our students and stakeholders. Our ultimate goal is to transform this institution into a primary engine for local development, producing high-quality personnel for society."</p><p><br></p><p>The university received an overall score of 216.75, which reflects a committed entry-level performance in responding to the core requirements of the criteria. The assessment committee provided strategic recommendations intended to enhance the university′s competitiveness and clarify its path toward long-term operational excellence.</p><p><br></p><p>This transition to the EdPEx framework is a key component of RBRU’s vision to remain a resilient and sustainable local development university.
