<p>หน่วยงานตรวจสอบภายใน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมกับสำนักประเมินคุณธรรม ความโปร่งใส และส่งเสริมธรรมาภิบาล สำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (ป.ป.ช.) ดำเนินการจัดการเก็บข้อมูลการรับรู้ของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียภายใน (Internal Integrity and Transparency : IIT) สำหรับประเมิน ITA ประจำปี 2569 ของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยทุกระดับ เพื่อสะท้อนความจริงจากมุมมองของบุคลากรภายในองค์กร สำหรับนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนา ปรับปรุง และป้องกันปัญหาการทุจริตในสถาบันการศึกษาอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ช่วยให้ผู้บริหารระดับสูงมองเห็นปัญหาที่ซ่อนอยู่ เช่น การใช้อำนาจโดยมิชอบ การเลือกปฏิบัติ หรือการทุจริตในกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างจากสายตาของคนทำงานจริงเป็นเครื่องมือสะท้อนประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงาน นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการชี้วัดความโปร่งใสในมิติต่าง ๆ เช่น การบริหารงานบุคคล และการใช้งบประมาณภายใน</p><p><br></p><p>โดยข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกรวบรวมอย่างเป็นระบบและเป็นความลับ ผ่านเครื่องมือประเมินผลตาม หลักเกณฑ์การประเมิน ITA ซึ่งผลลัพธ์นี้จะถูกนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการยกระดับคะแนนและคุณภาพการดำเนินงานขององค์กรต่อไป</p>
<p data-path-to-node="7">The Internal Audit Unit at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), in strict collaboration with the Bureau of Integrity and Transparency Assessment under the <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="174">Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC)</b>, has officially launched the data collection process for the <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="292">2026 Internal Integrity and Transparency Assessment (IIT)</b>. The initiative engages RBRU personnel across all institutional levels to gather authentic insights and reflections regarding internal governance.</p><p data-path-to-node="8">The IIT assessment serves as a strategic corporate governance tool designed to provide high-level executives with a transparent, firsthand perspective from working personnel. This data is critical for uncovering potential organizational risks, such as conflicts of interest, abuses of power, nepotism, or irregularities within procurement and purchasing procedures. Furthermore, it accurately measures institutional efficiency and transparency across vital administrative dimensions, including human resource management, budgetary allocations, and fiscal spending.</p><p data-path-to-node="9">To ensure total objectivity and compliance with the national ITA frameworks, <b data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="77">all gathered responses will be collected systematically and treated with absolute confidentiality</b>. The final assessment metrics will be utilized as a foundational blueprint to refine administrative workflows, fortify anti-corruption mechanisms, and continuously elevate RBRU’s integrity scores toward national excellence.</p>
