<p>จันทบุรี (18 มีนาคม 2569) – มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ขับเคลื่อนแผนพัฒนาพื้นที่ศูนย์ศึกษาวิจัยและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร อำเภอแก่งหางแมว ประสานความร่วมมือสำนักงานทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมจังหวัดจันทบุรี ลงพื้นที่สำรวจสภาพข้อเท็จจริง เร่งปรับปรุงการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินให้ถูกต้องตามระเบียบกรมป่าไม้ พร้อมวางแนวทางบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ร่วมกับชุมชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม</p><p><br></p><p>รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ ให้การต้อนรับ นายชัยวัฒน์ ดวงราบรื่น ผู้อำนวยการส่วนทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ สำนักงานทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมจังหวัดจันทบุรี (ทสจ.) ในโอกาสลงพื้นที่บูรณาการข้อมูลและตรวจสอบเขตพื้นที่ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติป่าขุนซ่อง เพื่อจัดทำรายละเอียดการขอเข้าทำประโยชน์ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายปัจจุบัน</p><p><br></p><p>การลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ มุ่งเน้นการยกระดับศูนย์ศึกษาวิจัยฯ ให้เป็นฐานเรียนรู้ด้านเกษตรกรรมตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีการหารือใน 3 ประเด็นหลัก ประกอบด้วย การจัดทำแผนผังการใช้ที่ดินให้เป็นระบบเพื่อรองรับการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงรุก การตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของแนวเขตเพื่อความโปร่งใสในการกำกับดูแลของภาครัฐ และการวางแผนทำงานร่วมกับองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแก่งหางแมว เพื่อให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่สามารถเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้และใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรร่วมกันได้อย่างยั่งยืน</p><p><br></p><p>สำหรับแนวทางการดำเนินงานในก้าวต่อไป มหาวิทยาลัยจะเร่งจัดทำรายละเอียดและแผนผังการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินเชิงลึกเพื่อนำเสนอต่อกรมป่าไม้ ซึ่งนอกจากจะช่วยสร้างความมั่นใจในการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ของรัฐแล้ว ยังเป็นการวางรากฐานสำคัญในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับชุมชนท้องถิ่น ผ่านการจัดตั้งศูนย์ถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีที่จะกลายเป็นฟันเฟืองหลักในการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตและเศรษฐกิจฐานรากของชาวแก่งหางแมวอย่างมั่นคง</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand – March 18, 2026 – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) has announced a strategic collaboration with the Chanthaburi Provincial Office of Natural Resources and Environment to accelerate the development of its Agricultural Research and Technology Transfer Center in Kaeng Hang Maeo. The initiative aims to transform the site into a model for sustainable community development and lawful land utilization.</p><p><br></p><p>Associate Professor Porphun Sutthiwattana, Acting President of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, accompanied by faculty members, hosted Mr. Chaiwat Duangrabruen, Director of the Natural Resources Division at the provincial office. The joint delegation conducted a site inspection of the Khun Song National Reserved Forest to ensure that university operations align with current forestry regulations and land-use requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>The development plan focuses on three primary pillars: establishing a systematic land-use map to support advanced agricultural research, ensuring boundary transparency under state supervision, and fostering a collaborative framework with the Kaeng Hang Maeo Subdistrict Administrative Organization. This partnership is designed to grant local residents equitable access to modern agricultural knowledge and shared resources.</p><p><br></p><p>Looking forward, RBRU will submit a comprehensive land-use proposal to the Royal Forest Department.
