<p>มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ร่วมกับหน่วยเฉพาะกิจทหารพรานนาวิกโยธิน วางแผนพัฒนาพื้นที่วังสวนบ้านแก้ว มุ่งเน้นความสง่างามตามอัตลักษณ์ควบคู่ยุทธศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัย</p><p><br></p><p>จันทบุรี (31 มีนาคม 2569) – รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี พร้อมคณะผู้บริหาร ให้การต้อนรับ นาวาเอกจตุพล สง่างาม หัวหน้าส่วนการฝึกและศึกษา หน่วยเฉพาะกิจทหารพรานนาวิกโยธิน และคณะทำงาน ในโอกาสลงพื้นที่ร่วมวางแผนและสำรวจภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบวังสวนบ้านแก้ว เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ให้มีความเป็นระเบียบ เรียบร้อย และคงไว้ซึ่งความสง่างามทางประวัติศาสตร์</p><p><br></p><p>การบูรณาการความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อยกระดับทัศนียภาพของวังสวนบ้านแก้ว ซึ่งเป็นโบราณสถานและศูนย์รวมจิตใจของชาวราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี โดยกำหนดแนวทางดำเนินงาน วิเคราะห์พื้นที่รอบวังสวนบ้านแก้วเพื่อจัดระเบียบพันธุ์ไม้และทางกายภาพให้มีความปลอดภัยและโปร่งตา ประสานความร่วมมือด้านบุคลากรและเครื่องจักรจากหน่วยเฉพาะกิจทหารพรานนาวิกโยธิน เพื่อสนับสนุนงานปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ที่ต้องใช้ความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทาง ควบคุมการปรับปรุงให้สอดคล้องกับแนวคิด "มหาวิทยาลัยท้องถิ่นชั้นนำ ในวังที่สง่างาม ก้าวไกลสู่สากล"</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) officials met with the Marine Task Force Ranger Unit on March 31, 2026, to finalize a restoration plan for the Suan Ban Kaew Palace grounds. The collaboration involves specialized personnel and heavy machinery from the naval unit to restructure the physical landscape of the historic site. Acting President Associate Professor Porphun Suttiwattana led the university delegation in welcoming Captain Jatupon Sang-ngam, head of the training and education division of the Marine Task Force.</p><p><br></p><p>The project focuses on systematic vegetation management and the realignment of physical structures to improve site visibility and visitor safety. Suan Ban Kaew Palace serves as a central historical landmark within the university campus, representing the heritage of Queen Rambhai Barni. Technical teams from the Marine Task Force will provide the logistical support necessary for large-scale landscaping that requires military-grade equipment.
