<p data-path-to-node="6">From June 9 to 12, 2026, Naresuan University officially organized the national operational training workshop under the Local Resource Base Initiative, launching the certified curriculum: <b data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="201">"Assistant Lecturers: RSPG Local Resource Database"</b>.</p><p data-path-to-node="7">The opening ceremony was highly honored by top executives from the Plant Genetic Conservation Project Under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (RSPG), led by <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="198">Mr. Pornchai Jutamas</b> (RSPG Deputy Director) and <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="246">Dr. Piyaratt Pariyapong Jareonprasert</b> (RSPG Assistant Director). They presided over the launch alongside <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="351">Assistant Professor Dr. Jaroon Sarin</b> (Vice President for Special Affairs, Naresuan University) and representatives from <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="471">RATCH Group Public Company Limited</b>, the primary corporate sponsor. The assembly brought together 123 delegates from 38 RSPG coordinating and master nodes across Thailand.</p><p data-path-to-node="8">The core objective of this intensive framework is to fulfill the Royal Initiative under the Consciousness-Raising Framework. The training focused on instructing participants to manage local resource data centers using a specialized 9-worksheet field methodology. Certified attendees will act as "Assistant Lecturers" to expand regional operations, collaborating closely with local communities, Local Administrative Organizations (LAOs), and educational networks. By auditing and migrating local registers into the national central RSPG information system, this initiative helps communities safeguard their biological assets and cultural heritage, ultimately fostering a stable grassroots economy aligned with the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy.</p><p data-path-to-node="9">In this regard, the <b data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="20">RSPG Coordination Center of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU)</b> deployed its specialized center lecturers, <b data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="132">Mr. Phaisan Yomyat</b> and <b data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="155">Miss Chayachon Moonmanee</b>, to complete this masterclass. Both delegates are prepared to transfer these newly acquired skills to drive royal initiative operations among local resource base networks and School Botanical Gardens across Chanthaburi and Trat provinces.</p>
