<p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px;">เมื่อวันที่ 17 มิถุนายน 2569 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดพิธีเปิด "โครงการพัฒนาทักษะสร้างสรรค์ผ่านภูมิปัญญาเสื่อกกบ้านท่าแฉลบ" ภายใต้โครงการบริการวิชาการเสริมพลังชุมชน ขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาศิลปวัฒนธรรม ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ประจำปี 2569 ณ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ชุมชนกลุ่มเสื่อบ้านท่าแฉลบ จังหวัดจันทบุรี</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px;">ในการนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก นายธำรงชัย ชินวัฒน์ รองนายกเทศมนตรีตำบลบางกะจะ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พิสุทธิ์ การบุญ รองอธิการบดีด้านกิจการนักศึกษา พร้อมด้วย คณะกรรมการโครงการฯ, คุณณิชชากัญญ์ วงษ์จีนเพ็ชร ประธานวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มเสื่อบ้านท่าแฉลบ, คณะครู นักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านท่าแฉลบ และนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาทัศนศิลป์ เข้าร่วมงานอย่างพร้อมเพรียง</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px;"><br></p><p> </p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px;">โครงการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบูรณาการองค์ความรู้จากมหาวิทยาลัยสู่การเสริมพลังชุมชน ร่วมสืบสานและต่อยอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านการทอเสื่อกกให้เกิดการพัฒนาอย่างสร้างสรรค์และยั่งยืน</p>
<p data-path-to-node="7">On June 17, 2026, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) officially hosted the opening ceremony of the <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="168">"Creative Skill Development Through Tha Chalaeb Reed Mat Wisdom Project."</b> This initiative is implemented under the university′s annual community empowerment framework: <i data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="336">The Academic Service Project for Driving Arts, Culture, and Local Wisdom Development (2026)</i>. The ceremony was successfully held at the Tha Chalaeb Community Reed Mat Learning Center, Chanthaburi Province.</p><p data-path-to-node="8">The event was highly honored by <b data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="32">Mr. Thamrongchai Shinawat</b>, Deputy Mayor of Bang Kacha Subdistrict Municipality, who presided over the opening ceremony as the keynote chairman. The executive assembly brought together <b data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="216">Assistant Professor Dr. Phisut Karnboon</b> (RBRU Vice President for Student Affairs), project committee members, <b data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="326">Mrs. Nitchakan Wongjeenphet</b> (President of the Tha Chalaeb Reed Mat Community Enterprise), alongside local schoolteachers, students from Ban Tha Chalaeb School, and RBRU undergraduate students from the Visual Arts Program.</p><p data-path-to-node="9">The core objective of this strategic project is to seamlessly integrate university academic knowledge into community empowerment. By establishing a collaborative learning ecosystem, the project aims to preserve, elevate, and transform the traditional craftsmanship of local reed mat weaving into contemporary, high-value creative designs, ultimately fostering long-term socio-economic sustainability for the community.</p>
