<p>จันทบุรี (22 มิถุนายน 2569) – สำนักบริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เปิดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “พลิกโฉมงานชุมชนด้วยเครื่องมือ CBR: เวิร์กชอปพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรเชิงรุก” ระหว่างวันที่ 22 - 23 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ (อาคาร 35) เพื่อสนับสนุนการนำกระบวนการวิจัยชุมชนขั้นสูงไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างเป็นระบบ</p><p><br></p><p>การจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้มี รองศาสตราจารย์พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สุทธินันท์ โสตวิถี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักบริการวิชาการ เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การจัดงาน โดยมีคณาจารย์และบุคลากรสายวิชาการเข้าร่วมการอบรมจำนวนกว่า 50 คน ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความพร้อมในการยกระดับงานบริการวิชาการสู่การวิจัยเชิงพื้นที่</p><p><br></p><p>การอบรมได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กาญจนา แก้วเทพ และ อาจารย์สามารถ จันทนา เป็นวิทยากรนำกระบวนการถอดบทเรียนและฝึกปฏิบัติจริง โดยเน้นการใช้เครื่องมือกระบวนการวิจัยท้องถิ่น หรือ Community-Based Research (CBR) เครื่องมือดังกล่าวจะช่วยให้บุคลากรสามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาในพื้นที่ได้อย่างแม่นยำ ตลอดจนออกแบบตัวชี้วัดเชิงประจักษ์เพื่อสร้างผลลัพธ์และผลกระทบ (Impact) ที่ตอบโจทย์การพัฒนาชุมชนได้อย่างแท้จริง</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University launched a two-day workshop on June 22, 2026, to train 50 faculty members in advanced Community-Based Research tools. The initiative at the Chalermprakiat Building aims to shift traditional community service toward measurable local research. Popand Suttiwattana, the acting president, opened the session to align institutional resources with regional development strategies.</p><p><br></p><p>The training focuses on empirical indicators and local problem analysis. Knowledge services director Suttinan Sotwithi reported that the university requires standardized metrics to evaluate its rural outreach. Prominent researchers Kanchana Kaewthep and Samart Jantana led the practical sessions on field data collection.</p><p><br></p><p>"We are shifting from standard community aid to structured, data-driven interventions," Suttinan said. "The deployment of these research tools allows our academic staff to verify the socioeconomic impacts of our regional projects directly."</p><p><br></p><p>The workshop forms part of a broader institutional strategy to support community resilience in eastern Thailand. Organizers designed the curriculum to establish permanent research frameworks in targeted villages. The university expects the trained faculty to implement these tools in upcoming provincial development projects by the end of the third quarter.</p>
