A collaborative multidisciplinary team from Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU)—comprising faculty members from the Community Development Program and the Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology—has officially partnered with researchers and students from Borai Industrial and Community Education College in Trat Province. Together, they convened a strategic brainstorming session to "decode" the unique identity of the local ′Rakam′ (Salacca) fruit. The initiative aims to transform this iconic local fruit into a modern, creative brand that resonates with contemporary consumers while remaining deeply rooted in local heritage. The RBRU and Borai team emphasizes that a sustainable brand must be built on the foundation of active listening and the amplification of local pride. By combining community development insights with engineering and industrial technology, the project seeks to refine the product&#8217s value chain and brand presence. Stay tuned for the unveiling of the "New Look" of Borai&#8217s Rakam, coming soon!
