<p>1 ก.ค. 69 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี นำโดย ผศ.วารินทร์ สุภาภรณ์ พร้อมคณาจารย์ผู้รับทุนสนับสนุนจาก สป.อว. เดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนโครงการ “ศูนย์สร้างนวัตกรรมภูมิภาค เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สู่นวัตกรชุมชน” ในหลักสูตร Basic Program และ Intensive Program ณ จังหวัดระยอง</p><p>การอบรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.พอพันธ์ สุทธิวัฒนะ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี มรภ.รำไพพรรณี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และ ดร.กัญจนโชติ สหพัฒนสมบัติ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ภาคตะวันออก ให้การต้อนรับ</p><p>เป้าหมายสำคัญ โครงการนี้เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่าง คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ฯ มรภ.รำไพพรรณี, สกร., สป.อว. และ NIA เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ให้สามารถนำองค์ความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัย และนวัตกรรม (อววน.) ไปบ่มเพาะและแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในภาคตะวันออกอย่างยั่งยืน</p><p>#RBRU #มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี #คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ #สกรภาคตะวันออก #อววน #NIA #นวัตกรภูมิภาค #ระยอง #นวัตกรรมชุมชน</p><p><br></p>
<p data-path-to-node="6">On July 1, 2026, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUSO) at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU), led by <b data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="131">Asst. Prof. Warin Suphaporn</b> and a team of faculty members supported by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI), officially launched the workshop for the <b data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="320">"Regional Innovation Hub for Educators to Become Community Innovators"</b> project. The program, featuring both <i data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="428">Basic</i> and <i data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="438">Intensive</i> curricula, was held in Rayong Province.</p><p data-path-to-node="7">The opening ceremony was presided over by <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="42">Assoc. Prof. Porpan Sutthiwattana</b>, Acting President of RBRU, with a warm welcome delivered by <b data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="136">Dr. Kanchonchot Sahapattanasombat</b>, Director of the Eastern Region Institute of Learning Promotion.</p><p data-path-to-node="8">This strategic project is a collaborative effort between <b data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="57">HUSO RBRU, the Department of Learning Promotion (SGR), MHESI, and the National Innovation Agency (NIA)</b>. The core mission is to empower educational personnel with knowledge in <b data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="232">Science, Research, and Innovation (SRI)</b>. By utilizing these tools, educators are trained to identify and solve community-specific problems, ultimately aiming to elevate the quality of life for residents across the Eastern region in a sustainable manner.</p>
