(14 ก.ค.69) ณ ห้องประชุมพวงหยก คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดโครงการจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์ 5 ปี (พ.ศ. 2570–2574) ณ ห้องประชุมพวงหยก เพื่อทบทวนวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ เป้าหมาย และกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้สู่ความเป็นเลิศอย่างยั่งยืน </p><p>โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์วรฉัตร อังคะหิรัญ รองอธิการบดี เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ "แนวโน้มและทิศทางการศึกษาด้านมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ในอนาคต" </p><p>จากนั้นในช่วงบ่าย ทีมผู้บริหารคณะฯ ได้ร่วมกันวิเคราะห์ SWOT เพื่อประเมินบริบทองค์กรและจัดทำร่างแผนกลยุทธ์ขับเคลื่อนคณะฯ ต่อไป</p>
<p data-path-to-node="3">On July 14, 2026, at 09:00, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) organized a workshop to develop its 5-year Strategic Plan (2027–2031) at the Phuang Yok Conference Room. The initiative aims to review the faculty′s vision, mission, and strategic goals, while establishing a clear roadmap to transform the institution into a center for sustainable academic excellence.</p><p data-path-to-node="4">The event featured a keynote lecture by Assistant Professor Worachat Angkahiran, Vice President of RBRU, who spoke on "Future Trends and Directions in Humanities and Social Sciences Education." His presentation provided essential insights that informed the strategic discussions, helping the faculty align its future goals with the evolving educational landscape.</p><p data-path-to-node="5">In the afternoon session, the faculty’s executive team conducted a comprehensive SWOT analysis to evaluate the organization′s internal and external environment. This diagnostic process served as the foundation for drafting a robust strategic plan, ensuring that the faculty is well-positioned to drive growth, innovation, and impactful development over the next five years.</p>
