6 กรกฎาคม 2568 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จัดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพทักษะภาวะผู้นำสำหรับนักเรียน เพื่อช่วยพัฒนาความรู้ทางวิชาการ และให้นักเรียนมีความตระหนักถึงภาวะความเป็นผู้นำทั้งในโรงเรียนและต่อสังคมภายนอก เป็นการวางรากฐานให้นักเรียน มีความมั่นใจและกล้าแสดงออก สามารถสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงพัฒนาทักษะการแก้ปัญหา และปลูกฝังความรับผิดชอบและความเห็นอกเห็นใจ นอกจากนี้ยังช่วยส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้และปรับตัว และมีความพร้อมสำหรับความสำเร็จในอนาคตที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว
