<p><b>โรงเรียนสาธิต ม.ราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จับมือโรงเรียนประถมไต้หวัน ยกระดับวิชาการและแลกเปลี่ยนครู-นักเรียน นาน 5 ปี</b></p><p><br></p><p>จันทบุรี – 6 พฤศจิกายน 2568 โรงเรียนสาธิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ได้ลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการศึกษา (MOU) กับโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเซียงถัง (<span style="font-size:14.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-fareast-font-family: PMingLiU;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family:"Cordia New";mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;mso-ansi-language: EN-US;mso-fareast-language:ZH-TW;mso-bidi-language:AR-SA">PingTung County Shiang Tang Primary School</span>) เมืองผิงตง สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาการศึกษาระหว่างประเทศและสร้างโอกาสให้กับบุคลากรและนักเรียนของทั้งสองสถาบัน</p><p><br></p><p>พิธีลงนามจัดขึ้น ณ อาคารคณะครุศาสตร์ โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สวัสดิ์ชัย ศรีพนมธนากร รองอธิการบดี ด้านวิชาการ, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. จักรพันธุ์ วงษ์พา ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดี, และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิวัฒน์ เพชรศรี คณบดีคณะครุศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารและบุคลากรจากโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ ให้การต้อนรับ คุณชิว ยิ่ง หลิน ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเซียงถัง และ ดร.เท็ด ยู่จงหลิว จากมหาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติผิงตง พร้อมคณะทำงาน</p><p><br></p><p>บันทึกข้อตกลงดังกล่าวมีผลบังคับใช้เป็นระยะเวลา 5 ปี ครอบคลุมการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือที่สำคัญหลายด้าน ได้แก่ การแลกเปลี่ยนนักเรียน คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรเข้าร่วมโครงการสอนร่วม, การส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรม หลักสูตร และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเรียนรู้ รวมถึงการสนับสนุนการสร้างชุมชนพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูในระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการเรียนการสอน</p><p><br></p><p>ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สวัสดิ์ชัย ศรีพนมธนากร กล่าวถึงความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ว่า “การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับสถาบันการศึกษาในต่างประเทศถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนคุณภาพของโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ ให้ก้าวทันโลก การแลกเปลี่ยนทั้งบุคลากรและหลักสูตรจะช่วยเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ตรงให้กับนักเรียนของเรา ทำให้พวกเขามีทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการแข่งขันในยุคโลกาภิวัตน์ และยังเป็นการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูผู้สอนให้มีความเชี่ยวชาญในระดับสากลอีกด้วย”</p><p><br></p><p>ความร่วมมือนี้คาดว่าจะสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกที่จับต้องได้ในทันที โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการเปิดประตูให้นักเรียนและครูได้เรียนรู้จากระบบการศึกษาที่หลากหลาย เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจทางวัฒนธรรม และนำองค์ความรู้ใหม่ ๆ มาปรับใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ชั้นนำและสร้างบัณฑิตที่ตอบโจทย์การพัฒนาพื้นที่และเป็นพลเมืองโลกที่มีคุณภาพ</p>

The agreement aims to promote international educational development and create new opportunities for students, faculty, and staff at both institutions.</b></p><p><br></p><p>The signing ceremony took place at the Faculty of Education Building, with an official delegation from Taiwan welcomed by key university executives. Attendees included Assistant Professor Dr. Sawatchai Sriphanomthanakorn, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Jakrapan Wongpa, Assistant to the President, and Assistant Professor Dr. Wiwat Phetsri, Dean of the Faculty of Education, alongside Demonstration School staff. The Taiwanese delegation was led by Prof. Dr. Ted Yuchung Liu from National Pingtung University and Mrs. Chiu Ying Lin, Principal of PingTung County Shiang Tang Primary School.</p><p>The five-year agreement establishes a framework for several key collaborations, specifically covering the exchange of students, faculty, and staff to participate in joint teaching programs, the promotion of cultural and curriculum exchange, and the sharing of learning-related data. A crucial component of the MOU is the support for creating an international professional development community for teachers, which will help elevate teaching standards.</p><p><br></p><p>Assistant Professor Dr. Sawatchai Sriphanomthanakorn emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership. "Building a collaborative network with international educational institutions is a vital mechanism to drive the quality of our Demonstration School and ensure we keep pace with global developments," he stated. "The exchange of personnel and curricula will enhance direct experience for our students, equipping them with essential skills for the globalized era, and will also develop the potential of our teaching staff to achieve international expertise."</p><p><br></p><p>This cooperation is anticipated to yield immediate, tangible positive impacts by exposing students and teachers to diverse educational systems.
