<p>กลุ่มงานการเจ้าหน้าที่ กองกลาง สำนักงานอธิการบดี จัดเวทีนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ ยุทธศาสตร์ และแนวทางการบริหารคณะของผู้สมัครคณบดีคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี และผู้สมัครคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม</p><p><br></p><p>กลุ่มงานการเจ้าหน้าที่ กองกลาง สำนักงานอธิการบดี จัดเวทีนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ ยุทธศาสตร์ และแนวทางการบริหารคณะของผู้สมัครคณบดีคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี และผู้สมัครคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม ตามข้อกำหนดของข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัย โดยบรรยากาศของการนำเสนอเป็นไปอย่างเปิดเผย โปร่งใส และได้รับความสนใจจากบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นจำนวนมาก การจัดเวทีครั้งนี้กำหนดให้ผู้สมัครหรือผู้ถูกเสนอชื่อ ต้องแสดงวิสัยทัศน์ต่อคณะกรรมการสรรหาคณบดีและบุคลากรอย่างเปิดเผย เพื่อให้เกิดกระบวนการคัดสรรผู้นำที่มีศักยภาพสูงสุดในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กร</p><p><br></p><p>ในส่วนของผู้สมัครคณบดีคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีที่เข้าร่วมนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ในครั้งนี้มีทั้งสิ้น 2 ท่าน ได้แก่</p><p><br></p><p>1. ดร.นิตยา ทองหนูนุ้ย</p><p><br></p><p>2. ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อาภาพร บุญมี</p><p><br></p><p>สำหรับผู้สมัครคณบดีคณะะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมที่เข้าร่วมนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ในครั้งนี้มีทั้งสิ้น 3 ท่าน ได้แก่</p><p><br></p><p>1. ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ชาตรี งามเสงี่ยม</p><p><br></p><p>2. ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์เดชา วงศ์แก้ว</p><p><br></p><p>3. ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ปัญญา วงศ์ต่าย</p><p><br></p><p>โดยแต่ละท่านได้นำเสนอแผนงานที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาคณะ ด้านคุณภาพการศึกษา การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการ เพื่อยกระดับคณะที่สามารถสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงและตอบโจทย์การพัฒนาท้องถิ่น โดยภายหลังจากการนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ในวันนี้เสร็จสิ้น จะมีการนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ต่อคณะกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัยในโอกาสต่อไป</p>

The session focused on leadership selection for the Faculty of Science and Technology and the Faculty of Industrial Technology, adhering to the university’s transparency and governance regulations.</p><p><br></p><p>The event required all candidates and nominees to publicly outline their management strategies to the Dean Selection Committee and the university community.
