<p>กลุ่มงานการเจ้าหน้าที่ กองกลาง สำนักงานอธิการบดี จัดเวทีนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ ยุทธศาสตร์ และแนวทางการบริหารคณะของผู้สมัครคณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์</p><p><br></p><p>กลุ่มงานการเจ้าหน้าที่ กองกลาง สำนักงานอธิการบดี จัดเวทีนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ ยุทธศาสตร์ และแนวทางการบริหารคณะของผู้สมัครคณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ ตามข้อกำหนดของข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัย โดยบรรยากาศของการนำเสนอเป็นไปอย่างเปิดเผย โปร่งใส และได้รับความสนใจจากบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นจำนวนมาก การจัดเวทีครั้งนี้กำหนดให้ผู้สมัครหรือผู้ถูกเสนอชื่อ ต้องแสดงวิสัยทัศน์ต่อคณะกรรมการสรรหาคณบดีและบุคลากรอย่างเปิดเผย เพื่อให้เกิดกระบวนการคัดสรรผู้นำที่มีศักยภาพสูงสุดในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กร</p><p><br></p><p>ในส่วนของผู้สมัครคณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ที่เข้าร่วมนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ในครั้งนี้มีทั้งสิ้น 5 ท่าน ได้แก่</p><p><br></p><p>1. รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จิดาภา พรยิ่ง</p><p><br></p><p>2. นายทรัพยสิทธิ์ เกิดในมงคล</p><p><br></p><p>3. ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์พรรณรัตน์ โสธรประภากร</p><p><br></p><p>4. ดร.วิศิษศักดิ์ เนืองนอง</p><p><br></p><p>5. พันตำรวจเอก ดร.สมเจตน์ พลอยจั่น</p><p><br></p><p>โดยแต่ละท่านได้นำเสนอแผนงานที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาคณะ ด้านคุณภาพการศึกษา การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการ เพื่อยกระดับคณะที่สามารถสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงและตอบโจทย์การพัฒนาท้องถิ่น โดยภายหลังจากการนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ในวันนี้เสร็จสิ้น จะมีการนำเสนอวิสัยทัศน์ต่อคณะกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัยในโอกาสต่อไป</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand – January 8, 2026 – The Personnel Management Division of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) hosted a public forum today for candidates to present their visions and strategic plans for the deanship of the Faculty of Law. The event, held in accordance with university regulations, drew significant interest from faculty members and staff as part of a transparent selection process to identify leadership capable of driving organizational progress.</p><p><br></p><p>Five candidates presented their administrative frameworks, focusing on academic quality, research excellence, and community-based legal services. The candidates included Associate Professor Dr. Jidapa Pornying, Mr. Sappayasit Koetnaimongkhon, Assistant Professor Phannarat Sothonpraphakorn, Dr. Wisitsak Nueangnong, and Police Colonel Dr. Somjet Ploychun.</p><p><br></p><p>The forum serves as a critical mechanism for evaluating how each candidate intends to align the faculty’s objectives with local development needs.
