<p>มรภ.รำไพพรรณี จับมือ Thai PBS ประชุมเตรียมความพร้อม จัดเวที “ฟังเสียงคนตะวันออก” ระดมความเห็นสะท้อนนโยบายพรรคการเมืองก่อนเลือกตั้ง</p><p><br></p><p>จันทบุรี – 8 มกราคม 2569: มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เดินหน้าสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้ภาคประชาชนภาคตะวันออก โดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สินาด โกศลานันท์ รองอธิการบดีด้านบริหาร เป็นประธานการประชุมเตรียมความพร้อมจัดกิจกรรม “ฟังเสียงคนในภาคตะวันออก” ร่วมกับทีมงานจากองค์การกระจายเสียงและแพร่ภาพสาธารณะแห่งประเทศไทย (Thai PBS) เพื่อรวบรวมเสียงสะท้อนจากท้องถิ่นสู่การกำหนดนโยบายพรรคการเมืองก่อนการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร</p><p><br></p><p>การขับเคลื่อนครั้งนี้เป็นผลสืบเนื่องจากการลงนามบันทึกความร่วมมือ (MOU) ระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี และ Thai PBS ที่มุ่งหวังพัฒนาสื่อสาธารณะคุณภาพและสร้างพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ โดยเน้นการสร้างความเข้าใจและการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในภูมิภาคตะวันออกอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม</p><p><br></p><p>สำหรับกิจกรรม “ฟังเสียงคนในภาคตะวันออก” มีกำหนดจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 22 มกราคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมปะการัง คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี โดยจะเป็นเวทีสาธารณะที่เปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนได้ร่วมแสดงทรรศนะในประเด็นต่างๆ อย่างเป็นอิสระ ข้อมูลที่ได้ทั้งหมดจะถูกนำไปวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์เป็นข้อเสนอนโยบายสาธารณะ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้ภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปประกอบการตัดสินใจเชิงนโยบายต่อไป</p><p><br></p><p>ความสำเร็จของความร่วมมือนี้สะท้อนถึงวิสัยทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ที่มุ่งเน้นการเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น โดยใช้กลไกการสื่อสารและกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนสังคมให้เกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงบวก และสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในภูมิภาคตามพันธกิจหลักของมหาวิทยาลัย</p><div><br></div>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand – Jan. 8, 2026 – Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) is moving forward with an initiative to empower local communities by hosting a public forum titled "Voices of the Eastern People." Assistant Professor Dr. Sinad Kosalanunt, Vice President for Administration, presided over a preparatory meeting with representatives from the Thai Public Broadcasting Service (Thai PBS) to coordinate the collection of regional insights for national policy recommendations ahead of the general election.</p><p><br></p><p>This collaboration stems from a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between RBRU and Thai PBS, aimed at developing high-quality public media and fostering constructive learning spaces. The partnership focuses on enhancing public understanding and encouraging civic engagement across the eastern provinces.</p><p><br></p><p>The "Voices of the Eastern People" forum is scheduled for Jan. 22, 2026, at the Pagarang Meeting Room, Faculty of Science and Technology. The event serves as an open platform for citizens to voice concerns on various social and economic issues. All data gathered will be processed into public policy guidelines to be presented to political entities, ensuring that local needs are reflected in future governance.</p><p><br></p><p>The initiative demonstrates Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University’s commitment to sustainable local development. By utilizing communication mechanisms and participatory processes, the university continues to drive positive social change and improve the quality of life for residents in the region, fulfilling its core mission as a pillar of the community.</p>
