<p>กองนโยบายและแผน จัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ พ.ศ. 2570-2574 ยกระดับการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นเลิศด้วยเกณฑ์ EdPEx เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการศึกษาและนวัตกรรมตอบโจทย์ภูมิภาค</p><p><br></p><p>ห้องประชุมสิริรำไพพรรณ อาคาร 36 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี (7 พฤษภาคม 2569) – มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนองค์กรผ่านการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ระยะ 5 ปี (พ.ศ. 2570-2574) โดยมุ่งเน้นการนำเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) มาเป็นกรอบแนวทางหลักในการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อสร้างรากฐานที่แข็งแกร่งในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นและเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีและสังคมในอนาคต</p><p><br></p><p>การจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ในครั้งนี้ มีการระดมความคิดเห็นจากผู้บริหาร คณบดี ผู้อำนวยการ และตัวแทนบุคลากรทุกหน่วยงานรวมกว่า 100 คน ผ่านการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ภายในและภายนอก (SWOT Analysis) เพื่อกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ และกลยุทธ์ที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทปัจจุบัน ที่มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ใน 7 ด้านสำคัญ ได้แก่ การนำองค์กร, การวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์, การมุ่งเน้นผู้เรียนและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย, การวัดและวิเคราะห์ความรู้, การมุ่งเน้นบุคลากร, การจัดการกระบวนการ และผลลัพธ์การดำเนินการ และการบูรณาการงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเพื่อตอบโจทย์ชุมชน การผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพและคุณธรรม รวมถึงการยกระดับการบริการวิชาการเพื่อเสริมสมรรถนะเศรษฐกิจของจังหวัดจันทบุรีและภาคตะวันออก</p><p><br></p><p>การจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ฉบับนี้มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อทิศทางของมหาวิทยาลัยในอนาคต โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างระบบการทำงานที่เป็นมาตรฐานสากลและสามารถวัดผลได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เกณฑ์ EdPEx จะเป็นเครื่องมือหลักที่ช่วยให้ทุกหน่วยงานทำงานสอดประสานกันเป็นทีม เพื่อให้เกิดผลลัพธ์เชิงบวกต่อคุณภาพการศึกษาและการพัฒนาสังคมท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน</p>
<p>CHANTHABURI, Thailand — Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University (RBRU) convened more than 100 administrators and faculty members on May 7, 2026, to finalize a five-year strategic roadmap for the years 2027 through 2031. The workshop, held at the Siri Rambhai Barni Meeting Room, focused on implementing the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx). This framework serves as the primary mechanism for the university to modernize its operations and address technological disruptions affecting higher education in eastern Thailand.</p><p><br></p><p>The 2027-2031 plan incorporates a comprehensive SWOT analysis to align institutional goals with the specific economic needs of Chanthaburi province. The strategy prioritizes seven key areas including organizational leadership, strategic planning, and a renewed focus on student and stakeholder engagement. By adopting these international management standards, the university intends to integrate research and innovation directly into community development projects while improving academic service delivery for the regional economy.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The framework establishes clear performance indicators for education, research, and cultural preservation initiatives over the next five years. RBRU officials stated that the successful implementation of this plan will transition the university into a regional hub for sustainable development. This institutional overhaul follows broader national trends in Thailand where public universities are increasingly required to demonstrate operational excellence and high-impact social outcomes to maintain funding and accreditation.</p><div><br></div>
